The hotel is very nice indeed, though a bit far from any metro station, the distance is certainly walkable. Although if there is rain, there is no cover on the way. Inside the room, they give out free mineral water in the fridge, which i found very nice because usually the water given at hotels are the cheapest available.

It is about an 8-minute walk to two different trains, making it very convenient. The service is great, and they have a spa pool. Depending on where you are, the view is really nice. The rooms are great.

This place is located in the Italia district of Tokyo. From here you can see Tokyo tower, which is the main reason why I booked this hotel. There's a Maruetsu Petit, 7-11, Famima within walking distance. It's near Daimon, Hamamatsucho and Shiodome station. The hotel is equipped with a microwave in my floor, an ice machine maker and laundry automat. My booking included free usage for the public bath, but I didn't have the chance to use it. Services are so-so because this hotel is quite popular with international tourists. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice hotel located around an 8 min walk from Daimon, JR Hamamatsucho Station (which is the terminus of the Monorail from Haneda Airport), and Shiodome Station.
Room size isn’t too big but this is Tokyo. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a buffet. I will say that the Japanese options like udon, ramen and the rice with soup were tastier than the Western options. The make-your-own croffle was my favourite part.

Spent 4 nights in Q-bed room. Interior looks a bit tired with the colour theme being olive green. Nonetheless, room is clean, pillows are comfortable, space is generous in Japan context. A 25’ luggage and a cabin size luggage can be opened at the same time. Counter service staff is friendly, polite and efficient. Location is quite convenient, about 6-10mins walk from Hamamatsucho (stairs only)or Damion station.

It is a very decent hotel in terms of price and location.
Tokyo Tower, Ginza, and Tsuijiki are within short walking distance.
The hotel offers various facilities. The Japanese bathrooms are located on the top floor. Although they are not big, they can accommodate about 10 people at a time and are very clean.
There are 4 washers/dryers available on various floors, and they are quite often occupied. Make sure you check the availability via your the room TV facilities channel.
