Perfect stay at the hotel! Christmas decorations and baked treats for the guests on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!
Staff spoke English, and were very friendly!
Room is spacious enough to open suitcases!
Location was fantastic next to a Lawson and very near Shimbashi train station!
Would definitely stay again !

Clean and spacious room in Centre of Ginza. Breakfast is basic but tastes good. However rate is high

The rooms are larger than many other hotels I have stayed at for the same price. Also, the location is very conveniently located in Ginza and many restaurants and the subway station is nearby. I would 100% stay here again in the future. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and friendly. They were able to keep our luggage when we checked out because there is no free late check out (must pay) which is fine. There is no gym/exercise room or pool or onsen at this hotel but the bathtub is a nice size if you want to relax after a long day!

The front desk ladies are very friendly but the hotel is outdated with hot water turning cold and hot during shower. It’s very convenient area with lots of
 Restaurants. Will not consider staying here again.
