The location of this hotel is perfect. It can allow me to go to many famous districts easily. Hope to live in Room 04 instead of Room 08 next time.

Cheap and nice hotel. It's located in Kinshicho so it's around 7-min away from Akihabara and around 30-min away from Shibuya. We had allergy reaction with their body wash last time so this time we asked them to remove it and they replied to the email. However, upon arrival they didn't remove it in the end. It's a so-so hotel if you want to stay at a cheap place with fun locations nearby.

Hotel is conveniently located within 5minutes walk from the Kinshicho station. There are quite a number of amenities available at the lobby as well!

Excellent hotel. Great service. Just a 5 mins or less wlak from Kinshicho Station. Area around have shopping mall and mcdonald's too. Good choice.

There are many restaurants and department stores nearby. It’s also close to station, which is convenient to travel around. Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotel is good brand of hotel. Clean, welcoming customer service

Everything’s really good, all the staff can speak english. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel & also the train station is 3 mins away from the hotel.

Second time booking here! The rooms are small but standard for Japan. We love the location. A lot of places to go and not crowded at all. The walk to the station is less than 5 minutes and only 30 minutes to Haneda airport, which was what was most important to us. Will be booking again! Thank you thank you!!

Near MRT and subway but too far to city area and it cost us more on transport fare due to the changing of trains and subway

The place is really close to the Kinshicho JR/metro station and is walkable to SkyTree, which is a huge plus. The concierge staff is extremely friendly and helpful and some of them speaks perfect English. The room is clean (except for the air purifier which is a bit dusted). The only downside would be the room being too small, even for solo travellers like me, but I guess that's the norm here so there's not much to complain.

Outstanding value for money. Service and amenities are excellent. Room small but best use made of space available. 2/3 minutes walk to station. Very secure and plenty of shops, restaurants and malls nearby. Highly recommend

in Japan with this price at this time, you can't expect a bigger space, but room is clean, location is very good, surroundings are convenient, staffs are very nice and friendly

It’s a great place for solo traveller especially for female, the location is great, it’s just a 2-3 minutes walk from the metro station. There are also lots of amenities, restaurants and shopping mall nearby. The room was clean and cozy (fridge and a mini table is available too), will definitely stay again next time!
