The hotel is super close to Kinshicho Station, just a 200-meter walk, and surrounded by tons of shops, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The room was small but very clean, and breakfast was decent, though a bit pricey.

The hotel is about 100 meters from Kinshicho subway station, making transportation very convenient. The environment is excellent. Breakfast was a bit average, and the space isn't huge, but there's enough room to open a large suitcase. There's also a massive supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

Although the hotel is small, it's quite clean and well-equipped. Room cleaning is done every three days. Breakfast costs 1500 JPY per person, and it's a generous buffet with a good variety of dishes. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Kinshicho subway station, making transportation easy.

Approx 4 mins walk from Kinshicho. I love this station because it connects you to city center with multiple lines within 10-15mins. Around the area, there’s multiple food (although there’s some sketchy people holding out signs to bring you to their drinking bars) There’s a smoking booth at level 1, convenient for smokers. We had the smoking room but used the smoking booth as the windows in the room can’t be open for ventilation. The room was very small, barely enough to open our large suitcases. The amenities however were fully stocked in level 1. Breakfast was ¥1500 per person. We only paid for one day to try it out. The food was not bad nothing to rave about (you can find cheaper alternatives for breakfast outside) There’s also vending machine, ice machine and laundry. Note that for laundry there’s only 3 washers and 2 dryers. Do go early to wash to avoid waiting as it’s on 30mins cycle and multiple people were using it.

It's very close to the subway station with lots of food options nearby, and it's quiet at night. I'd probably stay here again next time. It's about a three-minute walk to the subway, though the only downside is that all Toei subway lines require transfers, and there's only one Hanzomon Line.

The room is small, but it's a great value for money and the location is excellent. You can take the Sobu Line directly to Narita Airport for only 1342 yen.

The room was small but well-arranged, making it feel quite comfortable. The bathroom was fine for one person. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the breakfast quality was good; though not many varieties, it was sufficient, especially since it wasn't expensive. There's a good selection of small amenities available for self-service on the first floor, but the toothbrush was too hard for my liking, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The surrounding area has convenient dining and shopping options, and the nearby station offers easy transportation, with a direct bus to Narita for 1340 yen.

This hotel room are very new, clean and simple. I like the bathroom bathtub which can double up as Onsen tub with the free bath salts. Help me to relieve my tight muscles after a long walk. Beside this, the breakfast spread are good as well. Well done Sotetsu.

The breakfast selection was great, and the room wasn't cramped at all, plus it had a bathtub which I really appreciated. The transportation was also very convenient; it's less than 100m from the subway station, and you can get to popular spots like Shinjuku in just 15-30 minutes.

The hotel is really great. They provide bath powder and other daily essentials, and you can even borrow a hair iron from the front desk. It’s super convenient for girls The location is excellent too. There are many shops nearby, and it’s only a five-minute walk to the JR station.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Location was fantastic with a few train lines and buses available to go anywhere. Airport bus stop was also like 5min walk away. The hotel was clean, room is abit small, but we managed. It has everything we need, and the amenities and pyjamas available was a really nice touch! The hotel breakfast was mostly the same variety everyday. Sufficient to get us started for the day. Have always preferred this hotel chain in Japan. Will be back again for its value worth rooms.

Small but perfectly formed. The room had great natural light and excellent soundproofing. It's super convenient for shopping, and the bus station is just a 5-minute walk away. There are also plenty of places to eat, which is a big plus!

Excellent location, only a few mins from train station (Kinshicho) to hotel. Restaurants around the hotel. Room size is not small, big enough for 2 persons.

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient for getting anywhere. There's a direct bus to Tokyo Disneyland, and it's incredibly quick to get to and from both Narita and Haneda airports. In the lobby, you can help yourself to bath salts, tea bags, toners, and facial cleansers – they have everything! They even have curling irons available to borrow (and these curling irons are amazing, they can switch between straightener and curler modes). There are also plenty of places to eat and shop right next to the hotel. A 3-minute walk away is an amazing all-you-can-eat Oden restaurant for 550 yen called OCHO – highly recommended! Their duck char siu and raw beef tongue are absolutely divine! Yum yum. LIFE KIT is just a five-minute walk from the hotel, with a supermarket, GU, Uniqlo, Muji, and more. You can find whatever you want there, and it's super convenient to bring all your shopping bags back to the hotel afterwards. I'd also recommend Kinshicho Komachi Shokudo for a convenient breakfast. Although it's microwave-heated and not freshly made, the taste is really good. Plus, it's open 24 hours, which is perfect for early risers or late-night adventurers. After eating, you can even see the Skytree. In short, aside from being a bit small, it's a perfectly wonderful hotel!
