The hotel is cozy. The location is close to the subway station. The landlady waited for our class to check in until very late. I was touched. She can speak Chinese. Although the room is small, it is fully functional. Japanese combined bathroom with bath.

Microwave oven, third stay, Chinese customer service at the front desk, easy to communicate, refrigerator and microwave oven in the public area, convenient for eating and shopping nearby, not far from Ikebukuro subway station.

There is a refrigerator and a range outside the room. It has several ranges and is very easy to use. It's great because you can make your own coffee and tea. I want to use it again.

Our two nights were excellent in this hotel, everything was very clean, the hotel is quiet and the staff welcoming. Only small downside: The reception was rarely open. We didn't have any questions to ask during the stay but if that had been the case, it would have been complex. But apart from that, no problem, the surrounding area is very nice and Ikebukuro station is barely 5 minutes away on foot!

The surrounding area is a love hotel area and cannot be said to be safe. The door to the guest room is of the type where you enter a PIN number. Maybe it was an apartment. The futon smelled musty and was damp, making it uncomfortable. 8900 yen is expensive at SG price. No refrigerator. The rooms have a strange layout and cannot be called a hotel. I will never use it again.
