4.5/5ExcellentThe rooms are a bit old and dated, with torn carpets etc. The bathroom is typical of the old hotels, very small. However, it was relatively clean. The co-working space near the reception had obviously been renovated, and was very extremely huge, comfortable and chill. Location of the hotel was amazing, just a few minutes walk from Shinagawa station. The staff at the reception and concierge were extremely helpful, and helped me to call up a company to find out where I could purchase their products.

Haven't found the right property yet?
The staff was very helpful and kind. The experience could have been better if the amenities were more available. The bar closes quite early at 10:30pm, and the swimming pool was closed since the start of the month. The location is pretty average, as there wasn’t much to do in Shinagawa. However, it was convenient to travel around since the hotel is quite close to the train station.
