- Near Tokyo Skytree Station
- Near Asakusa, walkable
- The room is like an apartment. There are 2 beds in the room, can sleep 4 people. Complete with kitchenware, pots and pans, a tumbler, a washing machine, an ofuro bathroom, a shower, complete toiletries, a hair dryer
- Recommended, but must book in advance. Book suddenly on Saturday and Sunday, the room price is 5 thousand, almost six thousand
- The accommodation can see the Tokyo Skytree building.
Everything about the hotel is good, except that it is self-service mode. It was raining heavily that day and I couldn't enter the hotel lobby. It was so cold outside. I called the hotel robot, but couldn't find a live person to connect. After tossing around outside for 1 and a half hours, the hotel finally replied and sent me the lobby password and room check-in password. The room is 1.4 meters and the bed is very small. The bed is low and the pillow is low. It also sprained my waist when I was sleeping.
The location of this hotel is great. The lift lobby can view the whole Skytree easily, but our room view the JR station 🥹. And I have put ‘please arrange my room as high as possible’ in my remark, unfortunately we are arranged at the lowest floor in this hotel. I fully understand that these highest floors may have high price, but we did not expect the hotel arranged the lowest floor for us. This was out of our expectation. 👎

Cheap and nice hotel. It's located in Kinshicho so it's around 7-min away from Akihabara and around 30-min away from Shibuya.
We had allergy reaction with their body wash last time so this time we asked them to remove it and they replied to the email. However, upon arrival they didn't remove it in the end.
It's a so-so hotel if you want to stay at a cheap place with fun locations nearby.

The service was so good, thank you!!!! The staff always tried to help even if sometimes they didn't had the answer. Maybe bring a phone to translate with them to make sure the communication flows.
Not far from the metro station (google maps is accurate), but for my next trip to tokyo i'd check something closer (10' to go and 10' to come back if you walk regular/low pace is already an extra 20mn to your day walk). But they were so kind tbh. It felt like high end in how they treat you, have anything you'd need (luggage scale, printing an itinerary...). There are lots of washing machines always available bc it charges 300Y for washing and 100Y to dry. Washing soap is available. The room is a little small for 2 and the bed, but you can sleep for 2 people easily in my opinion. When you arrive, AC is on and it is soo comfortable, not hot at all! It always worked so well. I put the humidificator below the bed to have more space. The fridge works well (check that it doesn't freeze). Looks easy to order food, they give you the complete adress. Comes with a little desk lamp, phone adapter/charger... They have sort of a partnership with the Indian restaurant next door for 900ish yen which is cheap. I don't particularly recommend it (love Indian food but the Cheese naan doesn't work well with japanese cheese in my opinion, and i think they microwave the food). There is a drinks machine in the hotel (140yen for water) that works with credit cards, otherwise you can go out and get 100yen bottle at the corner (coins only).
Overall, the description is accurate, staff is friendly, if you're ok to walk to the metro station and a small room to save money go!!
First, the hotel is only great because of its hardware, the view, the name and the area. The service is disappointing upon my arrival.
I checked in at 1pm and a girl with short hair at the reception was very unwelcoming. She also said it was a company policy to charge hotel guests extra if we were to check in at 1 pm, since the official check-in time was 3 pm. This is the first time in my life I heard that a hotel has this kind of arrangement. She didn't even say ”sorry for your inconvenience” whatsoever.
I came back at 10 pm that day and was greeted by a young guy with glasses who was absolutely rude. I showed him a ticket to get our bags, and I politely said, ”Oh we haven't got our card”.
He replied saying, ”Of course! you haven't checked in, haha”.
I do not understand what is so funny, and at the moment he wasn't being funny at all. I felt discriminated because I'm an Asian.
Truth is I've already checked in and I only need the key to my room, so I don't quite know what his intention was. Then I was only given one card. That was appalling. We have four people staying and why would I only have one hotel card? As I asked the guy to give me one more card, he rudely said ”read the conditions yourself”, which said that I'll have to pay if I lose an extra card. You could've just kindly say ”please be aware we need to charge extra if you lose it”. The way he put it was very rude and that gave me and my family a very rough time that night.
On top of that, the moment I checked, the reception staff should have been giving me details about the hotel, the wifi, checkin checkin time etc., but he refused to speak more. I was very upset with these two people' service on that night.
Awesome spot! It's super convenient-only 5 minutes from the subway. The room is small but cozy and well-equipped. They offer tasty breakfast pastries and drinks in the morning, plus free coffee and tea in the lobby all day.
The rooftop has a great evening view, and the staff is really welcoming. Just a heads-up: they take an extra 200 yen per night as a deposit when you check in.

The hotel was very clean, comfy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were helpful, and we stayed for four nights. Breakfast was okay, but I recommend coming early as the food tends to get dry later. The location is a bit far from the train station, but Asakusa Temple is about a 15-minute walk away. Plus, we had a nice view of Tokyo Skytree from the hotel.
Really conveniently located across the street from a train station. The hotel is decent. The rooms are incredibly tiny (I've had basic cruise cabins that were bigger) but maybe that is to be expected in Tokyo? The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty decent and has a mix of interesting foods to try.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with modern touches. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall environment felt very safe and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Amazing
IIggy.JKThis was one of our favorite hotels during our recent Japan trip. Room was modern and spacious, excellent for the last leg of your holiday if you need to pack.
Location-wise, Ryogoku is a bit further out from central Tokyo. But the JR station is only a 5-minute walk away from the hotel, so it's quite convenient.
Tip: DO NOT get the Tokyo Metro Pass if you intend to stay here and planning to visit the popular spots (Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc). The JR line is not only closer to the hotel, but will get you to these places faster.

Very impressed with my stay at Kaika Tokyo!
✅ Location: Conveniently located, close to tourist attractions and subway stations, suitable for both sightseeing and relaxation in the city
✅ Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas are very clean, well-maintained in every area
✅ Service: The staff are polite and friendly, ready to help at all times
✅ Facilities: Complete and functional, both in the rooms and common areas, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere
This stay is very suitable for traveling with family. I give it a full score of 5/5 in all aspects.
I highly recommend it if anyone is looking for a place to stay in Tokyo that is both beautiful, clean, and has good service!
GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively spacious and the facilities are very complete. But I had to wait until after 8:30 in the evening. I didn’t have any tips when I booked the hotel. When I arrived at the store, I found out that the order was written after 8:30 pm. Fortunately, there are free snacks and drinks at the front desk, and the massage chair can lie. We have arrived at the store at 3:30, carrying a lot of salutes, otherwise I really don't know where to mix.

Quiet community with convenience stores nearby
The room has enough space, but there are 3 flights of stairs
Large-scale shopping malls are more stressful, but the price/performance ratio is good
GGuest UserThe room is quite big, and the sofa bed can accommodate four people. It is suitable for a family of three to travel here, because many hotels in Japan have a limit on the number of people, and three people have to book two rooms. It is more suitable to book this apartment. It is not far from the subway station Kuramae Station and Asakusa Station. It is right by the Sumida River. It is very convenient to see the night view of the Sky Tree and go to Sensoji Temple. There are not many restaurants around, but the subway can reach many business districts, which is not a big flaw. The noise is not loud, and it is quiet to stay!
EedtoThe position of the key is different from the introduction, in fact, the two keys are in the mailbox
2. The password can only open the guest password lock, the spare can not be opened, only a key to enter and exit, very inconvenient
3. No instructions on how to get the wifi password, and finally find it at the bottom of the router
4.3 Individuals live in 6, only give a roll of toilet paper, and no additional garbage bags are provided
a, super close to the subway station
b. There are several food markets and convenience stores near Fu
c. Walk to the Sky Tower (bet) Asakusa, not far
d, 40 square meters, larger than the average hotel space
e. Laundry and cooking are also convenient (with terrace)

Since staying fit is important to a lot of guests, it's no surprise that gyms can be found in many hotels.
