Very clean and beds are really comfortable. Had a good sleep here. Not located in the scenic zone hence we need to buy tickets when entering their East and West scenic zones. Can't enjoy the morning scenery but the comfort level is high.

A really lovely and cozy place to stay 😍 a stone throw away from the west gate of wuzhen. Located on a quiet street that’s full of other home stays (not sure if it’s due to non-peak winter period). Owner is friendly and helpful. There’s no lift and he assisted with carrying luggage to upstairs. Homestay designs and decorations, amenities are great. Breakfast is well presented, comfort food. Ordered tea as well as it’s one of their signatures.

First of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

The service attitude is very good, very enthusiastic and responsive. I also received a coupon for trying out Hanfu, and attached is a picture of my mom wearing it, which is really nice.
It is worth mentioning that there are many tea tables in the lobby on the first floor. The decoration style is comfortable. I rested here for a whole morning the next day and it was very comfortable.

ZZaizaibuaichixiangcaiI was very satisfied with this trip to Wuzhen! The environment of Jintang Hotel is very comfortable. You can see the dragon-shaped field from the window. Although there are no rape flowers blooming yet, the air is very fresh and quiet. At the same time, it is located on the main road, which is convenient for going everywhere. The breakfast and afternoon sweet soup are also delicious and full. The itinerary housekeeper Yaoyao answered questions very patiently and went to the tourist service center to wait. YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

EESMLIts our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown.
This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning.
Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town.
This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well.
During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time.
We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded.
Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

In addition, there are many restaurants and convenient shops you can choose from at the main road which is just few steps away.
The environment is nice and quiet despite the location is near to the shopping road.

The bed area can be darker and the bathroom mirror area can be brighter. ⒉ In the swimming pool, the lighting design is unreasonable, and the headlights are dazzling. The streamlined design is average, and there is a long corridor from the locker room to the swimming pool. 3. In the restaurant, the distance between the tables and chairs by the window is small, the traffic is not smooth beyond the appropriate scale, and the voices of the neighbors affect each other. 4. Some rooms are close to the equipment area and the noise is loud (remind you to stay in room 230 carefully)
Hygiene: Some of the floor-to-ceiling glass is not cleaned and is obviously dirty. Others are okay, the bed is relatively comfortable and moderately soft and hard.
Environment: The hotel layout and architectural design are very good, I came for the design.
Service: It's pretty good, but I forgot to put the tissues at the beginning. The front desk staff likes to ask questions on the phone. What do you say? Don't answer directly, ask you: What are you dissatisfied with? Maybe you need to find it? It's all okay in person. There was a noise problem today, but the staff didn't say they didn't hear it, and it wasn't loud. They listened carefully (although they didn't solve the actual problem, they still calmed the mood)
You should lower your expectations, and don't require breakfast and service according to the standards of first-tier cities.
But the eyes of the masses are sharp, and some of the problems mentioned in the comments before going there are all there. There are also problems with facility management.
The room is very private, and it would be nice if the facilities were better.
As a designer, I also see many small points of design deficiencies, learn and improve.
I came here to value design and conduct research by the way. Except for the noise problem, the other points are 80 points. There is a lot of room for improvement.
