Wuzhen Club House

We decided to stay two nights inside Wuzhen. We looked at Wuzhen Homestay, Zhensui Hotel, and Shengting Hotel. The others were definitely over budget, so we chose Shengting in the end, which was also the most expensive of the three. Due to Wuzhen's basic infrastructure, the room conditions certainly can't compare to a 1000+ RMB hotel outside, but they were still very good. The hotel has a garden-style layout and no waterfront rooms. A day before check-in, a butler will contact you, and on the day of arrival, the butler will meet you at the scenic area entrance and assist you all the way to your room. The location is also excellent. Wuzhen is essentially just a river with banks, and Shengting is basically in the middle. You step right out onto the main street, making it very convenient for exploring and dining. Breakfast is a set menu with 3 options, all delicious and exquisite. You can also exchange it for the 'early morning tea' experience, depending on your preference. I think eating at the hotel is great, as the 'early morning tea' environment isn't very comfortable this season. Finally, a suggestion: could you please replace the TV? I won't mention other room facilities, but a new TV would be nice. After a long day, it would be great to cast content to the screen and watch what you want. Lastly, Wuzhen is actually pretty good, and it's worth a visit if you haven't been before.

Our one-night stay at Shengting Royal Palace in Wuzhen was a delightful experience from the moment we booked. Our dedicated butler, who had been in touch with us in advance, was already waiting at the scenic area entrance, thoughtfully taking care of all our luggage, saving us the trouble of dragging it along the cobblestone paths. Along the way, he meticulously explained the West Zhaxing (Xizha) scenic area's routes, patiently shared tips for exploring the ancient town, and even recommended authentic local restaurants. He followed up and assisted us with dining and sightseeing throughout our trip. The hotel is centrally located within the Xizha scenic area, making it incredibly convenient to stroll through the streets and take boat rides along the canals. Our stay also included complimentary admission tickets to the scenic area and a boat ride experience, saving us the hassle of purchasing tickets and allowing us to quietly enjoy the sounds of oars and the glow of lanterns in the water town. The meticulous and attentive one-on-one butler service eased the fatigue of travel, with thoughtful gestures showing genuine care at every turn. This trip to Wuzhen was made so much more enjoyable and warm thanks to Shengting Royal Palace.

Every summer and winter vacation, I come to Wuzhen for a couple of days. Ever since my first stay at Shengting, I've always booked this hotel, and my child absolutely loves it. The hotel is centrally located within the scenic area. Step outside, and you're on a charming stone-paved street amidst bustling crowds. Close the door, and you're immediately transported into a tranquil and elegant ancient building. The inside and outside are completely different yet seamlessly blend together. The hotel's butler service is attentive and meticulous, taking care of every detail regarding dining, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment. Every single stay has been wonderful.

Excellent! The environment is beautiful, and the room is spotless. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright with convenient facilities and truly exceptional service – warm, efficient, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious. They offer full pick-up and drop-off services, unlimited access to the scenic area, and free use of the shuttle buses inside. Our hotel concierge, Xiao Yi Ren, was particularly wonderful, arranging everything with incredible care and thoughtfulness. They followed up every step of the way, from helping us with luggage to escorting us in and out of the scenic area.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, and the ambiance is very comfortable. The hotel butler service was also superb. My entire stay was fantastic; they helped with luggage and booked morning tea. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. It was a very pleasant experience exploring Wuzhen, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Had a fantastic time visiting Wuzhen, and this hotel made the stay even better! The hotel has a lovely traditional Chinese style, and its central location on the main street was incredibly convenient. Throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, the butler, Xiao Xiang, provided excellent service and was always responsive. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of local specialties, which was a real treat. Overall, a perfect stay! Highly recommended!

Firstly, the butler service truly won me over. From a service perspective, it's easily a 5-star plus experience, and considering the price, it felt like an incredible steal. The living environment is superb, giving you the feeling of staying in a prominent household from the Republic of China era. Waking up in the morning, I genuinely thought I had traveled back in time! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding what you'd expect in an ancient town. I'd say it's on par with, if not better than, many five-star hotels I've stayed in. You can literally approach your butler with almost any issue you encounter in Wuzhen – it's truly amazing.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The service was excellent and very attentive. The room was great, aside from the slightly outdated facilities. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious, especially the black fish noodles – they were fantastic!
