This is genuinely the best hotel I've ever booked. It included two scenic area tickets, so no need to buy them separately, and a choice of either lunch or dinner, plus complimentary morning tea. Everything was truly high-quality. The location is excellent – not damp and very spacious. I stayed in a standard room, which was divided into two sub-rooms, 'A' and 'B', each accessible by card, plus a small lounge area. The environment was superb. The hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive; every detail was thought of, which was very thoughtful – truly befitting an international ancient town. Every staff member was wonderfully polite, enthusiastic, and attentive; it was clear they were well-trained. Staying inside the scenic area made it very convenient for exploring and dining. Both sides of the river featured small handicraft workshops, characteristic of a thousand-year-old ancient town. The unified management of the scenic area was exceptionally good, and there were shuttle buses just outside, which was very convenient. It was very quiet for sleeping, yet on the other side, there was a bar street, so you could enjoy both peace and activity. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely come back with my kids next time to take our time exploring and dining. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was easy to find, and the owner upgraded us to a larger room for free when they saw there were three of us. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. The hotel's swimming pool water was also very clean. The hotel is also very close to the scenic spots. The owner was very enthusiastic and recommended a delicious and affordable restaurant. The photoshoot location was also recommended by the owner's wife, and it didn't disappoint. We were very satisfied. We felt completely at ease staying here, and our two-night, three-day trip was wonderful.

The courtyard is quiet and tranquil, away from the bustling crowds of the ancient town, offering a strong sense of relaxation. 2. Room Experience The overall design is a minimalist, natural wood style. The rooms are spacious, and most come with a balcony or a small courtyard. The bedding and bathroom amenities are of high quality. The rooms are treated for moisture, ensuring a dry and comfortable stay. The soundproofing is also good, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. 3. Service & Thoughtful Details (including souvenir) The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, proactively explaining sightseeing routes and tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls. Basic services such as luggage handling, taxi booking, and parking are all well-executed. Upon departure, guests receive a local specialty souvenir (mostly Wuzhen pastries, tea bags, or cultural and creative small items), which adds a wonderful touch of ceremony and is incredibly thoughtful, significantly boosting overall satisfaction.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

Absolutely fantastic! The owner is so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The place itself is quiet and cozy, with elegant decor, and it's spotlessly clean and affordable. The rooms are quite spacious too. Plus, there are dogs and cats! It's also super close to Xizha, just a short walk away.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the Wuzhen scenic area, about a 10-minute walk, and the price is very reasonable. The owner's service is thoughtful and prompt, and the room is clean and tidy. There's also a music bar downstairs that's open at night, but we couldn't hear any noise from our room, so the soundproofing is quite good. Highly recommended!

I was truly impressed by the Yinhe Sanju B&B during my trip to Wuzhen! The location is fantastic – close to the scenic area, making it convenient to go out yet still quiet and peaceful. As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. The environment is clean and tidy, and the decor is very stylish, not like those cookie-cutter 'influencer-style' places. It felt incredibly relaxing to be there. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The attention to detail was excellent, right down to the toiletries. The owner is super enthusiastic, always ready to help, and has a wonderful attitude. They even offered thoughtful tips for exploring the area. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all; it was more like visiting a friend's home. The common areas are also great for photos, you can snap some amazing shots effortlessly. Overall, the experience was top-notch, with incredible value for money. I had a comfortable stay and a great time. When I left, the owner even gave me some Gusaobing, a special Wuzhen pastry, which was quite delicious. I took a few boxes to share with friends. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Wuzhen – you can't go wrong, just book it!

This guesthouse was such a great find for our trip to the scenic area! The owner is a local and recommended some amazing, authentic restaurants that weren't expensive at all. The room was clean and cozy, and the toiletries were comfortable and reassuring to use. The front desk lady was very thoughtful, helping us with our luggage. The service was flawless throughout, I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

As soon as I got off the car, the grandma came out to greet me and helped to carry my luggage upstairs. She was very considerate. If I had any needs in the room, I could ask the front desk to help me solve them. They were online at any time. The brothers and sisters at the front desk were very nice, polite and enthusiastic. Five-star praise! !
