Tongxiang Hotels with Breakfast

Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

We stayed here for 2 days and wow! Wuzhen itself is a beautiful town with picturesque views all around and peaceful serene corners to stop and watch the world go by. Eden Club House is located inside the western scenic area and we had the most amazing room overlooking the water with all the modern comforts, luxury feel whilst maintaining a period charm. It is hard to capture how lovely this hotel it; the photos do not do this place justice. The hotel has a 5 star service and assigned us a butler Xiao Xi who was just so helpful during our stay. Xiao Xi met us in the car park and arranged transportation to take us and our luggage to our room. Everything we could think of was carefully provided by the hotel and every member of staff we interacted with was super friendly, warm and helpful. On our check out day, we left our luggage with reception and spent a peaceful afternoon drinking tea in a pavilion. We headed back to the hotel and transportation was once again arranged to the main car park, with 2 members of staff staying with us and our bags until our taxi driver met us. I would recommend staying here for a touch of luxury and for amazing service!

We booked a two-bedroom courtyard view suite. Since it was my parents' wedding anniversary, I informed our butler Banxia in advance. Upon arrival, we found the room beautifully decorated and a sweet handwritten card – a huge thank you to Banxia! The hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the variety of drinks and fruits in the room was impressive! For dinner, we went to a restaurant recommended by Banxia. She even helped us reserve a prime scenic spot at the restaurant – another big thank you to Banxia! The food there was perfect for our taste, on the lighter side. We had such a wonderful vacation here! If we hadn't already booked our flights and itinerary, we definitely would have stayed another night! When we were leaving the hotel, we realized our child's phone watch was left behind. After telling Banxia, she immediately contacted a colleague to bring it to us at the scenic spot exit – so grateful! Next time we're in Wuzhen, we'll definitely stay here again! I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

We chose this hotel when we took our kids to Wuzhen for a competition. The room was spacious and came with a fridge. The cleaning staff tidied up every day. It's also very close to Xizha, just a few minutes' walk away. We originally booked three nights online, and the kids loved Wuzhen and Wucun so much that they wanted to stay a couple more days after the competition. However, it was a Friday and Saturday, and with other competitions going on, the platform prices were already quite high. We asked the proprietress if she could give us a discount, and she was very accommodating, extending our stay for two nights at the same price we booked online. She's a kind and lovely person. We'll definitely stay here again when we come for the competition next year! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, though, so here are a few pictures of Wuzhen and Wucun instead.

Arrived at Jiaxing South by high-speed train, then took a taxi to the Visitor Center, which took about 30 minutes – very convenient. Check-in was handled at the Visitor Center, and then a shuttle bus took us to the hotel. On the way, the staff actively helped with our luggage and assisted the elderly, which was a very nice touch. We only caught the iron flower performance in the ancient town, but it was definitely worth seeing. Since my elderly parents had difficulty walking, we rented wheelchairs and used the shuttle bus to explore the entire town, which was also very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍 and will definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

The owner was incredibly hospitable, and the service was exceptionally attentive. They even provided shuttle service to scenic spots. The room was very comfortable, with fantastic natural light and breathtaking outdoor views.

This time for our vacation in Wuzhen, we chose the Alila Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – definitely a five-star review! The hotel's design is truly stunning. The minimalist style of white walls and dark tiles perfectly blends with the charm of the Jiangnan water town. Every step reveals a new beautiful scene, and every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, with a private courtyard and a standalone bathtub. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was at the Shuishikou Restaurant, with a rich variety of dishes that tasted great. The most delightful part was that the restaurant faces the Egret Wetland Park, so we enjoyed breakfast while watching egrets fly – a truly immersive experience. The hotel also offered a complimentary photo shoot service. The photographer was very professional, and the pictures captured the perfect ambiance. Highly recommended! Kaka was very warm and attentive, following up from check-in to check-out and promptly responding to any needs we had. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Xizha Scenic Area, so transportation was also convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely choose Alila again when we return to Wuzhen!

Not bad at all! You can freely enter and exit the scenic area. The air conditioning was already on when we checked in – great attention to detail! The room was very clean, much better than I expected, and the view outside the window was a picturesque江南 (Jiangnan) scene, quite charming! Tip: The best part is that with your voucher, you can ride the tourist shuttle within the scenic area for free, unlimited times. If you get tired at one spot, just hop on to the next. Super friendly for a hot summer day! (Even though the weather was scorching, the hotel service and AC were wonderfully cool.)
