I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The hotel is very good and I will come here often in the future. It is very suitable for children. The room is large, the facilities are good, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is located in the food court at the intersection of Xinhua Road and Ziye Road. There are quite a few rooms, both in the buildings on the left and right. The environment is very good, the new house is antique, and the hygiene is very clean. The atmosphere during the Spring Festival is also very good, and you can also try Hanfu for free. Nanzha Old Street is just outside the door, and it is 400 meters away from Dongzha Scenic Area. Xizha can also be reached on foot in more than 10 minutes. Overall, it is very cost-effective.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is very clean, the service is very good, and the location is convenient. The entrance to the scenic area is right outside the door. There are restaurants and Hanfu Museums on the street below, all just a short walk away. Opposite the entrance to the Shigongmen scenic area, there is a sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance, which is so comfortable. This season is a good time to go out. I will stay here again next time I have the chance!

We traveled on our own in mainland China for half a month, and Wuzhen was just one of our itineraries. There were three people and three large suitcases, and the accommodation did not have an elevator, but the waiter kindly helped us move to the third floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, with heating, which brought warmth on the cold New Year's Eve. There is a cooperating Han-style clothing store on the first floor of the store. Accommodation is discounted and the clothes are pretty and new. It's a pity that we can only close for one day, on New Year's Eve.

The hotel was very comfortable. There were a lot of people when checking in, but the ladies were not impatient because of the crowds. They were all very careful and serious. The service was impeccable. (FF) After checking in, I went to the room. The room was also very clean and hygienic. It had all the toiletries. The children liked it very much too. GGuest UserFirst of all, the room. It is called Wuzhen Inn for a reason. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are very good and clean. The bed is also very big, which can accommodate two adults and one child and they can spread out.
Secondly, the environment. I brought my children with me and got a free upgrade to a balcony king room. When the balcony door opened, there was a small river. The river without pedestrians was very quiet and beautiful, and the air was very good.
Because the room is large and the entire hotel is also very huge, which should also be due to the careful arrangements of the brothers and sisters at the front desk, there is no disturbance or noise at all. Although there is a sightseeing elevator diagonally in front of the door, there is no sound at all, and the elderly and children slept well at night.
The service is naturally impeccable, from having a dedicated person to contact us the day before departure, to communicating and coordinating with the exclusive butler, getting to know the guests in advance, to reminding us to buy half-price tickets for the children, to providing precise positioning and parking route videos, everything was smooth. After arriving at the parking lot, the hotel guy will personally go to the parking lot to help carry the luggage all the way to the room. What touched me the most was that even though I repeatedly stressed that my luggage was heavy and I could carry it myself and just put it down and pull it up the stairs, the brothers still insisted on carrying it all the way to the front desk.
After we checked in, a young man took out a map of the scenic area and circled the important viewing spots or the more popular attractions for us. After sending us to the room, he immediately arranged for someone to deliver slippers and toiletries to the children, and he was always attentive to our needs and responded to our requests.
For breakfast, we chose Zao Cha Ke. Although I have not tried the hotel buffet, I still recommend Zao Cha Ke because it is a breakfast with local characteristics and can be found in almost every restaurant. The most important thing is that everything we eat is delicious, such as bubble wontons, noodles, steamed dumplings, and xiaolongbao. Why is it something that can be eaten? I don’t know if I didn’t hear clearly when the young man introduced it. Here is the key point! ! ! The morning tea ends at 9:30, so friends who want to go to the morning tea must go early so that they can try every one of them!
Finally, it’s time to check out. It’s just as smooth. The front desk will ask if you need to check in your luggage. You simply fill out a form and then you can go play. After having fun, go to the visitor center at the exit of the scenic area and pick up your luggage with the form.
Overall, I think the hotel is what I am most satisfied with and may revisit. The price also includes tickets for two adults and unlimited entry and exit during the stay, which is really perfect. By the way, you don’t need to be a VIP to use the hotel’s TV on demand, you can watch any movie. The toiletries I used were all L'Occitane, so I didn't use my own lotion at all.
The scenic area is quite large, requiring good running skills. The shops are relatively scattered, and you can find them everywhere, but not many. I highly recommend Jinyan’s roast duck, and the skeleton must be seasoned with salt and pepper, which is very delicious. So the hotel is very suitable for us to bring the elderly and children. We can take a walk and then come back to rest. After resting enough, we can go out for a meal and then take a walk again.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

Check-in was also very smooth. The front desk staff and all the service staff I met were very warm and thoughtful. KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

I booked a smallest room of hotel with no much exception because the bed is small but it was a nice surprise when it was a well furnished room with spaciuos bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast restaurant is romantic and I like all the items of the hotel like teacup or bowl. Highly recommended and I definitely book again when have change come back.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

JJae YeeBooked two rooms at Waterside Resort for family of four. We had enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staffs are all helpful and friendly. Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around. Highly recommend Waterside Resort - the hotel with most rooms available within Wuzhen resort. 👍🏼

GGuest UserStayed at 2224. Host was incredibly friendly and looking after you nicely. Delicious breakfast and great customer services. Great location at in the middle of the town so easy to get around beginning and end of the attraction nicely. Opposite the homestay got the popular and delicious Chinese bao/dessert shop. Will recommend friends and family to stay here! Great bed and shower too, and size for solo traveller

In addition, there are many restaurants and convenient shops you can choose from at the main road which is just few steps away.
The environment is nice and quiet despite the location is near to the shopping road.
The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Provide any tourist information as required.
The room standard will not disappoint you.

GGuest UserIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
