I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

Guest UserThe hotel was easy to find, and the owner upgraded us to a larger room for free when they saw there were three of us. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. The hotel's swimming pool water was also very clean. The hotel is also very close to the scenic spots. The owner was very enthusiastic and recommended a delicious and affordable restaurant. The photoshoot location was also recommended by the owner's wife, and it didn't disappoint. We were very satisfied. We felt completely at ease staying here, and our two-night, three-day trip was wonderful.

We chose this hotel when we took our kids to Wuzhen for a competition. The room was spacious and came with a fridge. The cleaning staff tidied up every day. It's also very close to Xizha, just a few minutes' walk away. We originally booked three nights online, and the kids loved Wuzhen and Wucun so much that they wanted to stay a couple more days after the competition. However, it was a Friday and Saturday, and with other competitions going on, the platform prices were already quite high. We asked the proprietress if she could give us a discount, and she was very accommodating, extending our stay for two nights at the same price we booked online. She's a kind and lovely person. We'll definitely stay here again when we come for the competition next year! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, though, so here are a few pictures of Wuzhen and Wucun instead.

leehome_526Arrived at Jiaxing South by high-speed train, then took a taxi to the Visitor Center, which took about 30 minutes – very convenient. Check-in was handled at the Visitor Center, and then a shuttle bus took us to the hotel. On the way, the staff actively helped with our luggage and assisted the elderly, which was a very nice touch. We only caught the iron flower performance in the ancient town, but it was definitely worth seeing. Since my elderly parents had difficulty walking, we rented wheelchairs and used the shuttle bus to explore the entire town, which was also very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍 and will definitely come back again.

Guest UserFirst, I expected a hotel at this price point to at least offer butler service, and only realized it was available after reading other reviews 😧.
Second, my phone was lagging, and I couldn't access the Wuzhen itinerary assistant. I had to go into various mini-programs to find out about activities. I hope the hotel can create a printed schedule of children's activities 🙏.
Third, the soundproofing in the hotel is terrible. There was a child jumping from 10 PM to 12 AM, and we could hear everything clearly from downstairs. I should have asked for a higher-floor room 😧.
Fourth, the room curtains are translucent, letting light in at night. If I weren't so exhausted, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all 😂.
Fifth, the service attitude of the staff at the hotel was generally mediocre. This was most evident when taking the return car from the embankment; only the staff at the embankment entrance helped us get the stroller out of the car 😧.
Sixth, regarding my child's allergic reaction that caused a delayed checkout until 2 PM, it was barely accommodated, and there wasn't a single word of concern throughout 😂.
These are my impressions during my stay. For a hotel positioned as family-friendly, I believe it's currently far from meeting expectations.

I was truly impressed by the Yinhe Sanju B&B during my trip to Wuzhen! The location is fantastic – close to the scenic area, making it convenient to go out yet still quiet and peaceful. As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. The environment is clean and tidy, and the decor is very stylish, not like those cookie-cutter 'influencer-style' places. It felt incredibly relaxing to be there. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The attention to detail was excellent, right down to the toiletries. The owner is super enthusiastic, always ready to help, and has a wonderful attitude. They even offered thoughtful tips for exploring the area. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all; it was more like visiting a friend's home. The common areas are also great for photos, you can snap some amazing shots effortlessly. Overall, the experience was top-notch, with incredible value for money. I had a comfortable stay and a great time. When I left, the owner even gave me some Gusaobing, a special Wuzhen pastry, which was quite delicious. I took a few boxes to share with friends. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Wuzhen – you can't go wrong, just book it!

Just a quick note: the location is within the 西栅景区 (West Gate Scenic Area), not inside 西栅 itself. You’ll still need to purchase tickets for both 东栅 (East Gate) and 西栅 at RMB 190. Both are within walking distance, though 西栅 is a bit further.
The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated, just like the pictures posted on the website. The room, which comfortably fits 2 people, is spacious and cozy. The staff were incredibly kind, even helping to arrange for our luggage to be taken up to the second floor. There’s also a washer and dryer available, which is a great convenience if you need to do a quick laundry load.
Just outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of small shops to wander around, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

FenyuanqiqiI wanted to visit Puyuan Ancient Town and Xianghai Zen Temple, so I booked a package deal at the Pujin Hotel. It included a room and two tickets to Puyuan Ancient Town, which was quite a good deal (single tickets are 120 per person). The hotel is just across the road from the town, and the price was also very reasonable. We arrived in the evening and ate at the hotel restaurant; the portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the prices were comparable to outside restaurants. I recommend it.
The night view of the town is beautiful. We also went to Xianghai Zen Temple for worship and ate vegetarian food, and had a very relaxing time at the Benran Teahouse. It's perfect for a weekend getaway.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating; every employee we encountered was kind and enthusiastic. I will definitely visit again.

Guest UserI have been to the small town of Puyuan many times. Every time I go, I choose Meishang Hotel. The service is as excellent as always. This time I traveled during off-peak hours and it was very quiet. The hotel also added a lot of personalized services, such as experiencing singing bowls and going to the gym. The experience is good. Xiao Yao from the hotel specially picked us up at the door and sent me the guide and weather information in advance. Very thoughtful!

Guest UserThis time for our vacation in Wuzhen, we chose the Alila Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – definitely a five-star review!
The hotel's design is truly stunning. The minimalist style of white walls and dark tiles perfectly blends with the charm of the Jiangnan water town. Every step reveals a new beautiful scene, and every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, with a private courtyard and a standalone bathtub. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay.
Breakfast was at the Shuishikou Restaurant, with a rich variety of dishes that tasted great. The most delightful part was that the restaurant faces the Egret Wetland Park, so we enjoyed breakfast while watching egrets fly – a truly immersive experience. The hotel also offered a complimentary photo shoot service. The photographer was very professional, and the pictures captured the perfect ambiance. Highly recommended!
Kaka was very warm and attentive, following up from check-in to check-out and promptly responding to any needs we had. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Xizha Scenic Area, so transportation was also convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely choose Alila again when we return to Wuzhen!
