"It was a nice experience staying inside Wuzhen. Although I couldn’t get the room with the “better view” that I wanted, the amenities were well-prepared. As for the staff, they seemed a bit short-handed. I requested to have the shower head cleaned because the water flow was weak, but the staff’s reaction was rather reluctant; she asked, “Right now? Now?” Well, if not now, then when? In the end, we just decided to let it go. Breakfast wasn’t great either; it was cold and not very tasty but it is what it is. Overall, it was still a decent stay just for the experience of staying inside Wuzhen."

"A very cosy and beautiful homestay. The lady boss was very friendly and gave us a lot recommendations on food and how to move around. Next to the gate of Wuzhen water town so was very convenient. Only issue is that is that the toilet area are using clear glass so a little inconvenient if not traveling as couple. There is still a curtain to draw."

"Absolutely fantastic! We stayed in a waterfront room, which was a truly special experience. My mother was carsick upon arrival, and the hotel even provided mung bean sweet soup and snow fungus soup for her in the evening. I highly recommend staying within the scenic area; the night views are absolutely stunning. The hotel was impeccably clean, and Xiao Dang, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly warm and helpful. She came out early to meet us, helped with our luggage, introduced us to the attractions, suggesting routes and a recommended order of visit, and consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Traveling with elderly parents and children, and with the hot weather, Xiao Dang thoughtfully advised me on the pros and cons of the hotel's breakfast versus trying local morning tea spots. In the end, we opted for the buffet breakfast at the hotel, and I also went to a morning tea spot to buy some specialty snacks to bring back and eat. Overall, it was a perfect experience and a perfect trip to Wuzhen. If I visit Wuzhen again, I would definitely choose to stay at Tong'an Inn."

"Breakfast is relatively simple, soy milk is almost cold. It is impossible to take the child to want an egg, and it is impossible to have a bottle of water. They are all prepared in advance. The service is not bad. There is no temperature. Enter the store from the moment you get off the bus. It doesn't matter. The inn staff will not help you with your luggage. I have to push the stone road by myself, and I have taken it. We have two big and one small suitcases, one push cart, think about it. They all take money to work, there is no temperature service, right? No human touch. People with service centers will help you get it, but people are not there when you leave. This ancient town wants to do a good job, and there is a long way to go. In addition to the uncomfortable bath room, everything else is fine. . Can say 1,000 yuan house. 900 buy scenery"

"Very nice and clean hotel in  very good location. Around 10 minutes walk to Wuzhen Ancient Town (west side).  The room was quiet so we had a great night sleep. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice bath. The slippers, bathrobes were provided in the room. And all the toiletries are given during check in if needed. The services was super super nice, polite and helpful. They also send us some tips and recommendations about Wuzhen. On top of that we received little gift on our departure which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again if I visit Wuzhen again."

"Just checked out today and I'm so grateful for the friendly and caring staff. We stayed in a two-bedroom family room, which was spotlessly clean and had a small courtyard with a beautiful view. Waking up to the birdsong in the morning felt like being back in nature, and life seemed to slow down. It's also very close to Wuzhen. During the holiday, it was too crowded and hard to get a ride back home, so the owner drove to pick us up. What a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended!!!"

"The hotel lives up to it's expectations - perfect location, luxurious rooms, attentive service. Also worth mentioning the included service package which brings you directly to the hotel via boat ride and also the breakfast on boat experience. The best thing of this hotel is the great service provided by our 管家lrene (苏木). Her attentiveness to details was amazing. Helping us feel welcome in beautiful wuzhen."

"The sightseeing shuttle service and complimentary luggage delivery to the hotel were very convenient. We were pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room's ambiance actually exceeded our expectations. However, the room itself felt a bit small, with a 150cm wide bed. Our only significant disappointment was the bench at the foot of the bed. It emitted a very strong, pungent, sour odor, reminiscent of foot odor, which was quite overpowering even when we were lying in bed. It really felt as if the bench had never been properly cleaned, significantly impacting our comfort. We sincerely hope the hotel addresses this issue. On a positive note, the hotel kindly arranged a wonderful dim sum (yum cha) experience for us. It was a truly unique and novel opportunity to watch traditional Chinese opera while enjoying our morning tea. I highly recommend everyone to try it!"

"The best location to visit the west side of Wuzhen Scenic area. Just a short walk to the gate. We have travelled around China for a while now and this is the best room we got so far, better than 4 stars hotels for a small price. Definitely recommended!"

"The hotel is a boutique hotel in Wuzhen Xizhia Area, right in the middle of the busy road, very convenient for everything, just note that it does not have river view at any of its room. The facilities might not be the best of the world, but the staff is the star and your best supporters you would ever find. Though their English is not fluent, they try their best to help us buy the bus tickets back to shanghai, they escorted us and delivered our luggage to the bus station, make sure that we can be supported by the bus driver before leaving. The breakfast is light but super yummy. Please do not hesitate, just book it for your stay!!!"
