From helpful reminders before check-in, to being met at the parking lot upon arrival, and her prompt responses throughout our stay, even arranging staff to meet us at the pier after dropping us off for our departure and guiding us back to the parking lot – this level of attentive service is the best I've encountered in China. The two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious; even our kids said they wished their bedrooms at home were this big. Each room had a bathtub, so our two children didn't have to fight over who got to use it. For breakfast, we had a choice between dining on a boat or at the hotel. Given it was winter, we opted for the hotel restaurant. Every dish was exquisite. My son even commented that the steamed pork buns had a distinct herbal flavor, which was a very unique experience. The hotel also offered an aroma sachet making activity, and while my kids weren't interested in shopping, they spent quite a while enjoying this craft. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, they had already prepared foot soaks with herbal packs for us – such a thoughtful touch! This hotel offers a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. From its environment to the personalized butler service, it's definitely a top-tier establishment in China. If we ever return to Wuzhen, this will undoubtedly be our first choice.
