I stayed in this hotel for 7 days in August 23 it was a very nice hotel, lovely staff and nice food and wine .every room is different some are big some are small but all I can say is I had s medium sized one that had its own air con .no view but was always very clean when I returned after a day trip .breakfast was a buffet style, and it was very well stocked with loads of choice. I stayed on a solo holiday with 16 other people and I real enjoyed the banter with the staff at evening meal

Stayed here as part of a walking group. The hotel is set in the centre of Trevi. It is beautiful, full of history and very sympathetically decorated. The staff are generous, courteous and extremely helpful . They couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Food was typical of the region and wine was plentiful. Highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Umbria.

The location of this hotel is ideal as a base for exploring Umbria. A place to sleep only. It is definitely NOT a 4* hotel - no stable, secure wifi/ internet; no tea/coffee making facilities; a lack of any discernible level of service; dodgy bathroom seals and grouting ; non functioning spa bath; terrestrial tv channels only - despite it saying to the contrary in the handbook. Even though my room was grand and elegant, it was dark with no natural daylight. I struggled! My air conditioning worked but others in my group were not so fortunate. They also complained of lack of water, faulty showers, tiny rooms and nowhere to hang their clothes! Overall the hotel is more style over substance. The food? Breakfast was good with a variety of continental/ cooked breakfast, cereals; juices, cakes, pastries and fruit. Lunch - not worthy of comment. Dinner? No menu. No choice. The course were put in front of you by untrained staff and you had no idea what you had on your plate... unless you asked! The wine came in bottles with NO labels - yes really! - and both the red and white were undrinkable! My advice - fill up on breakfast, go elsewhere for lunch and dinner and everything else.

No way is this a 4 star hotel. Clean and well sized room, but not a coffee machine in sight which is bizarre, given that’s the most basic requirement in any “4 star” hotel. There is no bar, the restaurant was closed. The receptionist said she didn’t know we were coming, then 10 minutes later found our booking. We were given a key but no offer of help with luggage. All of this is fine, if you advertise yourself as a very basic place to stay. But advertise yourself as higher end and you create great disappointment. I would rate this place no more than a 2 star and would not recommend it as a place to stay.

Palazzo o villa restaurata con camere ampie e con tutti i comfort sono riusciti a trovare spazio anche x ascensore x chi ne avesse bisogno. Servizio molto buono. Tutto a distanza a piedi nel ciottolato…………………………………………………………………………………..

Buon giorno a tutti e buon anno a chi mi legge. Mia figlia ha scelto questo albergo/ristorante per il suo matrimonio e abbiamo apprezzato sia l'ottimo ristorante, sia le camere dell'albergo. Siamo rimasti molto, molto sodisfatti di tutto quanto e abbiamo trovato un servizio eccellente con personale gentile/ disponibile, Camere spaziose / accoglienti / pulite e servizi igienici particolarmente curati e puliti. Ambiente confortevole e molto gradevole. In particolare segnalo il responsabile della Dimora, il signor Maurizio, attivissimo, che è sempre presente e attento alle richieste della clientela. Piacevole esperienza che intendo ripetere nel prossimo futuro. Esperienza che consiglio a tutti anche perchè il Borgo antico di Trevi merita una attenta visita. Cordiali saluti a tutti. Bellissimo Hotel situato al centro di Trevi, Location sublime ,sembra di entrare in un museo . Stanze molto pulite e con personale addetta alle camere gentilissimo. Nel ristorante il cibo e' buonissimo e devo dire che i prezzi sono accessibili a tutti. Personale gentile e simpatico. LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI

Una vacanza breve con mia moglie e due bambini ma molto rilassante. Questo hotel è ubicato nel centro storico di Trevi, in altrettanto magnifico edificio storico.. Camera molto bella e pulitissima. Staff gentile e accogliente. Colazione eccezionale; ricca e di qualità, con i dolci della signora Cinzia.. e la cortesia di Taddy e collega. Lo consiglio a tutti Unico neo il parcheggio a circa 200 metri, ma ne vale la pena. Ci torneremo.

Sono stata con i miei genitori a Trevi Vorrei fare conoscere al mondo questo posto da favola....e la struttura ancor di più. Un angolo incantato reso ancor più bello da tutto il personale e la sua direttrice. Antica Dimora in posizione strategica dell'Umbria merita di essere frequentato tutto l'anno !!! Grazie Vera Bergamo
