Cedar Court Bradford Hotel

The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole. Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold. Large free car park.

My partner booked this as a birthday treat to get away for the night, and chaos of our normal lives. Checking in was fine, first glance at the hotel really nice, Food was lovely and staff efficient. Upon checking in was not told about the event happening tonight. So sat in our hotel room right now at midnight it's been boom boom boom since 8pm, I can't sleep I can even hear what songs are playing from our room. I feel this really should of been brought to our attention. I would not of stayed here tonight knowing this event was taking place. And the only way I found out was to go on their website and find the gala ladies night for myself. Will not be having any sleep tonight. I would not return to this hotel and it's really put a dampener on my birthday. Just wanted a nice peaceful relaxed weekend. My advice... Check for any events before you chose this hotel. We stayed in ibiza last year and it wasn't as noisy as this. Horrendous. In future I would make customers aware of your events if they choose to stay on the same night.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

Great place to host a meeting or conference. The 1st floor conference centre variety of room sizes and lay outs available, the equipment provided works well with high resolution screens for presenting. Food and drink can be available and Jackie the lade who looks after these rooms is always very helpful

When we first walked in, we was greated by the lovely manager Zee, she gave us a very warm welcome and made us instantly feel at home. She’s so kind and caring and me and my friends extremely appreciate the lovely experience. I would definitely come back every day if I could. As someone from London I loved the experience.

Excellent service, the staff are always on hand to help, super friendly too. Rooms are sqeaky clean with a good selection to choose from. Easy access point to leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas, making any work trip easy. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Farzara & Jackie were excellent at looking after us at our corporate event. They were extremely helpful & made sure we were looked after, they also kept to the timings of when we wanted teas/coffee & lunch. Highly recommend using the Cedar Court Hotel for your corporate event!
