The location is close to the main street and the train station, but it is inconvenient to eat and transport around. The room facilities are outdated, you need to find a router at the front desk for the wireless network, the seats are also broken, and you can't make an appointment for whale watching. Hotel food is expensive and showers don't work well.

The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly impressed me. The impeccable service provided by the staff made my stay even more memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. And the food! Oh, the food was an absolute delight. The experience at the Vill hotel was great! The outside structure and seaview are beautiful, the room size is great. The highlight is the exquisite service of the entire team. At the front office I want to thank the manager Karthika and all the attention to detail. In the restaurant everything I ordered was delicious and I was surprised by the excellent service and professionalism of chef kugan, he prepared the best currys of the trip and also stuwert Rukmal, who was very attentive and helpful. I loved the hotel and the staff! Congratulations

Would give it a zero if I could because of the lady (Hotel Manager) that checks my family in has a very bad attitude and she's very rude. Horrible customer service, worst experience ever & disgusting.
