The room was exceptionally spacious, and the late-night congee was excellent and comforting. They even cut the hami melon I bought into small pieces, which was a nice touch. However, there was a noticeable shortage of staff. The dinner restaurant was a complete mess. I ran into a staff member in the hallway and tried to ask for a clothes hanger. Just as I started speaking, someone nearby shouted for a staff member, and they immediately turned and walked away. It seemed like whoever shouted loudest got attention. Eventually, when the staff member returned, they told me to call the front desk to request a hanger. This was a very poor experience. Despite calling the front desk as instructed, the hanger was never delivered.
