Excelente hotel! Cama confortável, banheiro limpo, funcionários atenciosos e gentis. O hotel possui um restaurante com comida boa e preço justo, ótimo para o jantar! Destaque para o café da manhã, com bastantes variedades e sabores! Recomendo o hotel!

Otimo hotel! café da manha e serviços muito bons, unico ponto que precisa ser revisto é a higiene dos banheiros, precisa de uma booaa limpeza, com cloro, tira limo... etc... Cuidado com isso.

A atenção dos colaboradores é o ponto forte do hotel, excelente atendimento desde o check in (ahhh um parabéns especial para o time que cuida do pomar e dos animais do complexo).
Foi tudo ótimo, mas eu deixaria uma dica. O hotel é um dos poucos que aceitam PET e como há uma cobrança de R$ 70,00 por pet, entendo que podem oferecer algum mimo ou estrutura para eles (talvez um kit com tapetinho higiênico, petiscos, vasilha para água etc). Eles também adoram ser bem recebidos!

Um hotel maravilhoso em suas ateas comuns.
Atendimento e cafe da manhã otimos. Localizacao muito boa.
Um hotel de area comum digno de un 5 estrelas mas quartos 2 estrelas.
Começando pelo ar condicionado, ainda de janela. Isto prejudica qualquer avaliação de ecosustentabilidade.
Alem do alto consumo de energia, um enorme barulho dentro dos quartos e eficiencia muito baixa.
Toalhas de banho de pessima qualidade, pequenas e finas.
Regulagem de temperatura na agua do chuveiro e da torneira praticamente impossivel.
Nao tem um cesto de lixo no quarto.
E em vez de box rigido, cortinas plasticas anti higienicas. Alias, no meu quarto tinha até "resticios de sujeira de nariz" na cortina.
Pelo preço cobrado, mereciamos melhor tratamento.
E ainda comecaram a cobrar estacionamento, para deixar seu carro sob o sol.

O hotel em si aparenta ser de qualidade mas passei por alguns fatos que estragaram minha estadia. O valor do hotel é conforme o que é oferecido mas a piscina estava interditada e a sauna estragada. Sendo assim minha estadia foi péssima pois paguei por algo e não tive o direito de usufruir.

Hotel fácil localização, na beira da BR, café da manhã muito gostoso, pessoal da limpeza muito educado e prestativo. Pessoal do estacionamento muito prestativo também. Só achei estranho pagar o estacionamento por fora da hospedagem. O hotel não é novo, mas tem boas condições nas acomodações.
