The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating they spoke basic english and they made the effort to translate to help. Service with a smile and I particularly liked that they had everything you needed in terms of amenities such as provided you with face wash, hair shampoo, cleanser etc. They also had a microwave which was handy for you to heat up food from the nearby 7/11 would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Great location, short walk from Uni train station, in the middle of many attraction but not too busy. Staff very friendly but limited English ability. It does not hinder our enjoyment for the trip. Cons: We asked for non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. The smell of smoke was lingering, but not too bad after we open the window. Overall, great hotel and location. Would choose again.

The best choice for the surrounding area, the following words are just to make up the number. A colleague recommended this place, but I forgot something every time I stayed, which was really embarrassing. This place is really remote, but it is very close to the scenic spot

It always feels like a small hotel in the county town. If you just check out Uji’s attractions, there is actually no need to stay in Uji for a day. After all, it is very convenient to come from Kyoto.

The room was so clean that I don't know what adjective to use. It's just right for people like me who love cleanliness. Although the hotel is small, it has everything. The price is not high. It's only one alley away from the JR station, less than 100 meters away. It's very good. I like Uji very much. This time I finally arranged to stay for two nights and watch it carefully.

There was an error in the hotel system when I checked in and I found that there were not enough rooms, so I arranged to stay at a great hotel in Uji, Uji Hana やしきFUFUEN, which gave me the highest recognition for the quality of the service staff.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. I couldn't understand why smoking was allowed in a nice room. Can't we smoke outside?

There was a parking lot right in front of the hostel, it was in the shopping district, and there was a bakery that was open from 6am less than 5 minutes away, so it was very convenient even though I only stayed one night. The two men at the front desk were also very friendly and made my stay a comfortable one☺️

It was good that it was close to the station

It was much more beautiful than I expected. It's very close to the station, and there are quite a few pub-like shops around.

I stayed for 6 nights. It was a pleasant stay, with the kindness of the front desk staff and the greetings of the cleaning staff. I would like to stay again. The laundry was fairly busy, so I felt it necessary to check the laundry usage status frequently when I wanted to do laundry.
