It was amazing staff and service

This was a very last minute trip. I didn't get into the hotel until almost 11:00, but check in was easy. Considering the hour they were fairly busy, but it was fine. The single best part of this was the $10.00 breakfast option. Not because the food was excellent, it was a hotel breakfast. It was really good and the server who was also the cook, made every order as you were seated. Chef José was the most joyful and encouraging person I've come across in business travels in a long time. He single handedly made my day better after fighting with the airlines for 45 minutes in my room trying to sort out an error. I would hire this gentleman if I owned any food related business in Orlando! This was my first time using Trip.com for a reservation, and I will use them again!

Came to take care of personal affairs and visit my family and friends while in town

Always stay at this hotel While in town . Always super clean , comfortable bed . Check in is always a breeze!

check in and out was good. we did not get our room cleaned that was strange, we stayed 2 days and no cleaning service. there was no coffee pot or laundry bag in the room. there is coffee downstairs and a desk person made some fresh because it was one in the pot was cold.

Property and room are generally very well maintained and staff is courteous. Only complaints are re: breakfast (not included and selections and food are subpar). Second, they did not have enoughy cribs/pack n plays available to accommodate my family.
