The vintage ambience was very abundant, classy, and not over the top. The front desk and restaurant staff were professional, kind, and courteous. The room and fitness facility was clean.

Was a great experience from before I even arrived, loved the text greeting and ability to communicate with the front desk via text. I had arrived early and they were able to confirm that the room was ready and let me check in early. Stay was smooth and check out was simple. Room and food options are fantastic.

REGARDLESS OF A BOOKING THROUGH 3 RD PARTY APP OR NOT YOU THE ORIGINAL HOTEL ULTIMATELY SHOULD NOT BE LOOKING DOWN ON 3 rd PARTYS APP BOOKING I HAVE NOTICE. THEY BLAME EACHOTHER THE HOTEL SAYS ACTS LIKE OH THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. ULTIMATELY YOU BOTH NEED TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE AND. ALSO WITH THE DEPOSIT AMOUNTS ETC. THE THIRD PARTY WILL CHARGE FOR THAT FEE AN THE. ADDITIONAL HOTEL CHARGES I NEVER EXPERIENCED A BOOKING SITE TO GOVE ME ISSUES ABOUT A REFUND OR CANCELATION ITS ALWAYS THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. IM UPSET BECAUSE MY ITINERARY SHOWS THE CHARGE RESORT FEE & THE. HOTEL WANT TO CAHRGE ME AGAIN ! You guys as a hotel needs to stop telling customers oh we can’t help you because of it being booked through 3 rd party when ultimately it’s the hotels that make final decisions I was charged over 300 for a room Bs. And then additional hotel resort fee when it’s not even nice hotel all old

In a nutshell, I can't imagine a better hotel experience for the money.
My girlfriend commented that it looked like a resort when we walked into the lobby for the first time and I agree with her. The hotel is set on the edge of a sea of ***** malls which made it very convenient but a little noisy with car traffic on Friday and Saturday nights. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was modest, comfortable and very clean. We ate breakfast at the cantina one morning and the huevos rancheros were good while the service was excellent. There's a secret garden in the back with a pool and gas fire pit. The looked like an amazing space but we didn't find it until the last night.

Service was great. I also found out that this hotel chain accepts dogs in all their locations free of charge.
The set up of the hotel is hacienda type, looks very beautiful, clean and friendly. Will definitely be looking for their other locations.
