The location of the hotel is great. Very close to metro and one stop from the bazaar that can be reached with little effort. Big thank you to Wei Wei , make the stay enjoyable

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was nice and clean, they supplied new water bottles every day and the bathroom was modern and nice. The beds were comfortable. The curtains blocked most of the light from the window in the morning. I could hear noise outside the room sometimes but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were very helpful and kind. Even though they didn’t speak much English and I don’t speak Chinese or Uyghur, we communicated using my translator app. The restaurant downstairs looked excellent too but I did not eat there.

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further events.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Excellent stay. Walking distance to international bazaar. Staff very helpful in booking our taxi to airport. Breakfast varied and good. Washing machine available. Clean. Good amenities.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Grand View Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. We were given a lovely room with a great view, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, everything was well-organized, and we had a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

I booked a single room, so the room is relatively small, but it is very clean and everything is good. The hotel is right inside the International Grand Bazaar, so you can reach the Grand Bazaar as soon as you go out. The hotel does not have breakfast, and there are delicious food all around. A very unique hotel. I wanted to stay for two more days, but unfortunately it was full today, so I had to find another one.

The service, facilities and environment are all online. I really chose the right hotel this time! The most surprising hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is perfect. I love it! The experience is great. From check-in to check-out, the whole process is comfortable and there are no complaints. Ma Yongxiang at the front desk has a good service attitude. This stay was perfect! As soon as I entered the door, the front desk staff checked me in enthusiastically and efficiently, and also recommended fun places around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a cloud. The hotel's gym equipment is very new, and the environment is simply amazing! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by the elegant and warm decoration style. The room is spacious and bright, and the view outside the window is super beautiful. And the room is very soundproof, and I slept very well at night. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and there is a subway station a few steps away, which is super convenient for travel. I have stayed in so many hotels, and the service of this one really stands out! When I checked in, the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, which was a surprise. During the stay, the room service responded quickly, and the favorability was full, highly recommended!
