From the beginning of check-in, Manager Fang took the initiative to ask about the itinerary needs. After learning that it was a business trip, he quickly arranged a quiet room. During the stay, I needed to adjust the itinerary at any time. Manager Fang coordinated the room immediately and solved the problem efficiently. He was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and completely considered the guests' perspective. This warm service was a pleasant surprise! Professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service details made this stay experience far beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, dry and wet separation, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, etc. are all very useful, and the front desk upgraded the room type for free. It is also very convenient to travel. Xiaoxigou subway station is 300 meters downstairs. I drove to Xinjiang with my friends and stayed for two days. It was very comfortable. I highly recommend it

On October 5, 2024, I stayed at the Urumqi Wild Horse Silk Road Station Cultural Theme Salon. The single room was clean and hygienic, and the items were complete. The escalator outside the window could directly reach the scenic area (the elevator was under renovation, and I accidentally took the stairs and found that I didn't need to walk more). The cleaning staff was serious and responsible. On October 6, the breakfast restaurant moved. It was originally on the 3rd floor, but now it has moved to the first floor. It is much larger and more romantic than before. Now a toaster has been added. I really want to know when the coffee machine will be online. Finally, I want to praise two staff members. Wen Yue, the sunny and handsome receptionist at the front desk, and the other is a parking lot staff member. I forgot to look at the work card. They are enthusiastic at work. Thank you!

Facilities were very clean and nice. Initially we were given a room with strong smoke smell and it took them a while to change the room, but the new room given was much better. Staff were very friendly and let us late check out since our train was in the evening. They had bottles of water free to take which was good for dry winter weather. At the end they also provided some small freebies which was really nice of them. Overall a good stay!

The transportation here is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and there is also a farmers' market. The fruits there are so cheap that I don't want to go out. I signed up for a day trip to Tianshan Tianchi, which is very convenient.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The location is convenient. There are shopping malls, supermarkets and subways when you go out. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on, and the sound insulation is not bad. The only dissatisfaction is that when I checked in, I originally said that I would get a cup of raw coconut latte. But when I checked in at night, the reception staff didn't mention it at all. I ordered a glass of coconut water when I went to the room. It turned out that the place where it was made was in the lobby on the first floor. The next morning, I went to ask for the raw coconut latte, and was told that I would not go to work until 12 noon. Anyway, I didn't have the chance to drink it. Mainly because this is a special project. result. . . .

All the way to Xinjiang, I stayed at All Seasons. There was no family room in the house, so I chose this store. The family room was too small and not worth the price. The service was average. The most important thing was that parking was not very convenient. The parking lot was too small. It would be difficult to install a navigation system to get there. It's not easy to find the parking lot. There aren't many parking spaces at the entrance. It's awkward. If you're driving, please note that the breakfast is average. What's more convenient is that the subway is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

After comparing several nearby guesthouses and hotels, I finally chose this one. I was a little skeptical at first after reading the reviews, but I still stayed at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff did not have a bad service attitude as described in online reviews. On the contrary, everyone was very friendly and enthusiastic. I guess this is probably because people are different. After all, how you treat others is how others will treat you. The room was much cleaner than other small hotels. It was a bit cold when I first entered the room, and the staff helped me adjust the air conditioner in time. When I checked out, I was still in the hospital and didn't have time to go back. The front desk helped to delay my check-in for half an hour free of charge, so I am very grateful. All in all, it's worth staying!
