Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li

We had an excellent one-night stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms Yuki at the front desk, who not only handled our check-in efficiently but also went the extra mile to recommend a good local restaurant for lunch and suggested nearby places of interest such as Kuan Zhai Alley. She also helped us understand the travel distance to Tianfu International Airport, which was very helpful for planning our departure. As we were heading for a morning visit to the Panda Base the next day, we were pleasantly offered a late check-out, which made our schedule much more comfortable. The breakfast at the 30th floor was a highlight: delicious with a good spread and a fantastic view. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially with easy access to Chengdu East Railway Station. Overall, a short but truly enjoyable stay with great service, convenient amenities, and excellent hospitality. Value for money and highly recommended. Best, Lionel Neo and family

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff was very nice, and the location is very good. There might be some language barriers, but the staff tried their best to assist. When I left, I also received a teddy bear to take home. It's very cute!

This is our second stay in the hotel. Very good location, close to the business center. Heaps of shops and restaurants. Very clean hotel room and excellent staff. Very satisfied. Will definitely come back next time.
