Great hotel, lovely pool, big breakfast buffet, very nice room with balcony. Good location, too!Short drive to the lake. Our car was in the shade. We ordered room service from the pool bar to our room. Nice! Our only suggestion is a need to update the shower.

This hotel would be a perfect 5/5 if:
1) The water in the shower did not go from boiling hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds the whole duration of a shower
2) The fan in the bathroom did not whistle so loud
3) Don't go on a weekend because loud croups of people go and make noise till late at night. I called the reception at midnight then 1 am, and nothing was done the noise continued
4) For breakfast I only like hot chocolate. Well if you want hot chocolate, you need to order separately at the bar and pay separately.
5) Croissants awful not fresh
If none of this concerns you then it's a great hotel to stay at!

The property is well kept and the rooms and nice. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is a busy road and happened to be under construction at the time resulting in some noisiness.

We aarzelen tussen 3 en 4 bolletjes. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg naar Ioannina. Lopend 45 min van het centrum. Er is een bushalte vlakbij waar je voor €1,50 naar het centrum kan. Het hotel ligt op dit moment ruim van de weg af op een goed onderhouden eigen terrein. Geluidsoverlast van de weg viel ons mee. Kamer is ruim. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en handdoeken wissel. We hadden kamer op bg grond met klein terrasje. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame receptie. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Ontbijt is redelijk. Het hotel heeft ook zakelijke gasten. Misschien dat daarom tv met geluid aanstaat in ontbijtzaal. Uitstraling is jaren 80. Dat we op 3 bolletjes uitkomen is mn de ligging ( voor ons is het hotel onderdeel van een reis en niet zelf gekozen)

Καταρχάς το ξενοδοχείο είναι καθαρό είναι πολύ κοντά στην πόλη και το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό. Σε όποιον κλείσει τηλεφωνικά συστήνω να ζητά την τιμή με email διότι εμείς κλείσαμε με 110€ η κυρία εκεί έλεγε οτι ήταν 120€ κι ενώ της είπα οτι μίλησα κι έκανα την κράτηση με γυναίκα αυτή πήρε κάποιον άντρα τηλέφωνο και συνέχιζε να λέει τα δικά της να μην με ακούει κι εννοείται οτι πληρώσαμε οτι έλεγε αυτή. Λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ διότι είναι η πρώτη φορά που μας συμβαίνει κάτι τέτοιο στα τόσα πολλά ταξίδια που έχουμε κάνει και πάντα επιλέγουμε να μην κάνουμε κράτηση από πλατφόρμα έτσι ώστε όλα τα χρήματα να πηγαίνουν στον ξενοδόχο αλλά προφανώς εδώ κάναμε λάθος. Τα δωμάτια στην σοφίτα σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι 4/κλινα γιατί τα δύο κρεββάτια ήταν ένας καναπές κι ένα ράντζο κολλητά στον καναπέ μια πολύ μικρή ντουλάπα στην οποία είχε μέσα 2 μόνο κρεμάστρες, στο μπάνιο τα ξύλα της σοφίτας είναι πολύ χαμηλά με αποτέλεσμα να χτυπάμε συνέχεια το κεφάλι μας, το νερό επίσης εκεί που το είχες φτιάξει ερχόταν καυτό και μετά κρύο και μετά πάλι καυτό .

Leuk, buffet was lekker, niet zo heel erg uitgebreid, personeel is beleefd, de toiletten zijn proper beneden. De bedden waren goed, het zwembad groot en er was een pool bar, maar het hotel was ver van Ioannina, het is toch wel even rijden er naar toe.

Την πρώτη φορά που επισκέφτηκα το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπέροχη η διανομή μας...την δεύτερη δυστυχώς απαγορευτικά διότι η καμαριέρα δεν έκανα τον κόπο να μπει για service....και την τρίτη που ήρθα με την οικογένεια μου.....ένιωσα ότι δεν έγινε σωστή καθαριότητα διότι το πάτωμα ιδιαίτερα στο μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο τρίχες και μόλις σήκωσα το κουβερλι ένιωσα μια αηδία γιατί ήταν τρίχες κατά μήκος του κρεβατιού...η καμαριέρα δυστυχώς με μούτρα και με το ζόρι να μας μιλήσει.....και απο νωρίς το πρωί έκανε φασαρία στον επάνω όροφο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να ηρεμήσουμε......Τα παιδιά στην υποδοχή (ρεσεψιόν)πολύ χαμογελαστά και πάντα να μας λύσουν κάθε απορία.....ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετικά....κρίμα μας αρέσει πολύ το ξενοδοχείο γιατί βρίσκεται σε ωραία καταπράσινη θέση!!!!!

Ένα ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα με πολλά extra benefits. Το πρωινό δεν ήταν κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και κυρίως οι κοπέλες του service στο pool bar. Περασαμε όμορφα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτω
