very good hotel. Didn't realise just how good the location was until stepping off the airport transfer bus at the main bus station. close to both the bus and the train station. Staff very good, hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good. has a lift and very strong room WiFi. Will definitely book again if ever back in Venice.

Location was great, breakfast was good. The hotel is old and looks lice but it is in need of repairs, nothing was provided in the room, was in desperate need of a fridge as it was very hot but it was clean and comfortable and would stay again if nothing else available

Decent hotel, in a good spot near the train station. Next to good stores and restaurants as well. Maybe close the window at night because the flys or mosquitos will get in.

Great location. Very easy to find. From the train station 5-7 minutes on foot. Varied and delicious breakfasts. Very friendly staff. Clean room, clean bed linen, clean bathroom. There were no foreign odors in the hotel or in the room. Definitely recommend!

I often book only in 4* establishments, I find it a good middle ground so as not to be disappointed.
The only plus is the location, excellent for visiting Venice upon arrival from the station; check in: the concierge immediately made himself available to book a tour of the various islands, as per practice he explained the various hours and spaces of the hotel.
