The hotel is really good. The check-in experience with Eleonora was very simple and she was very professional and helpful. Even though the room was not ready upon arrival, Eleonora had them finish it within 15 minutes of checking in. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Very satisfied with the visit.

The hotel is on an extremely busy dual carriageway which you can hear day and night. The room is outdated and sp****. Know tea/coffee facilities and don't expect a dressing gown or slippers. The staff don't speak much English and if you want a coffee from vending machine they hassle you until you've paid. I've always paid at the end of a hotel stay so being hassled for two euros was confusing. The breakfast is continental which was lacklustre at best. Two choices of cereal and know fruit! Know local amenities or restaurants unless you include a chain steakhouse, not what you really want in Italy. Local transport was a nightmare with buses crammed to capacity and know bus back to hotel after 8 o'clock. Staff were indifferent and not very helpful with little to know knowledge about the area or how to reach Venice the best way. It's only on the last day I've found out you can buy a travel pass consequently spent a lot on transport and having to use taxis at night. Don't stay here pay the extra and stay in or nearer to Venice as this hotel is inadequate outdated and too far away from any atmosphere. Ruined my first experience of Italy

Super comfortable hotel, the breakfast is also very rich, the outdoor courtyard for breakfast is also very comfortable, the room is quite big, the stay is very comfortable, I will definitely stay here again next time. Free parking in front of the hotel

This hotel was perfect location directly across from train station. The breakfast buffet was superb with so many fresh options. The room was clean and nicer than we thought it was going to be. Great stay.

This hotel is advertised as 3 stars, but comes nowhere near to meeting the minimum requirements for 3 stars - It may have been a long time ago but it is definitely not anymore. Staff are not Italian, but from Bangladesh. Communication was an issue - there was only one staff member that worked in the afternoon that could understand English. If you ask them to order you a taxi, they get one of their ”friends” to transport you (which costs more than a normal taxi). The rooms are very small and tired. The bathroom floors are very slippery - my mother fell and hurt herself. Check-in was only available from 3 pm. We arrived on an 11 am flight and were made to wait till 3 pm. There is nowhere to leave luggage securely until check-in. After waiting till 3.30, the cleaner was still busy in the room when we went upstairs to settle in. There is no dining facility (the dining room is closed up). The air-conditioning only operates in the cooler hours of the day - not active between 1 am and 6 am and also between 9 am and 4 pm, which are the hottest parts when needed most and turns off if you open a window and you have to call reception to reset it. It turns off when you leave the room and remove the key. Lots of mosquitoes. We had two different rooms during our stay and both had issues with non-working lights and power points, no bar fridge, and only 1 skinny pillow (more were supplied after multiple requests). There is a lift, but only large enough for one person and a small suitcase. the two of us had to take turns in the lift with our suitcases. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put clothes, toiletries, etc (only one small towel rail and hook) - nowhere in the shower for soaps, etc. Rooms are only serviced (cleaned and re-stocked) every second day. It is convenient to public transport, however, there are very limited and mostly poor eating options in the area. The beds were comfy enough. Only Italian channels were available on the TV in the room.

Spacious apartment and friendly staff. Walking distance to train station and supermarket. It would be better to have more shelves and hooks in the bathroom because there were only 2 hooks for towels/clothes which are not enough. The glass door of the shower screen could not be closed properly. Water came out and made the floor wet.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our cruise. The hotel was just lovely and the staff were all very friendly and just couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We didn’t eat here in the evening as the restaurant menu was a little high brow for our tastes - we did look in at the restaurant though and it was very atmospheric and nicely set out, so I’m sure that if we had eaten there we’d have had a great evening. The breakfast was excellent (continental) with a lot of choices all of which were of the highest quality. We appreciated the shuttle service which was a nice touch and free! We’ll certainly stay here again when we next cruise from Venice.

This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes,which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style,for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.

I have always worried that it is far away from the station and it is inconvenient to take a car, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus for free pick-up and drop-off, which saves the trouble of carrying a luggage turnover car. If you need to pick up at the venezia Mestre train station, you have to call or email in advance to make a reservation. If you need to send it to the Mestre train station, you have to make a reservation with the front desk in advance. We informed the departure time when we went downstairs for breakfast, which is a perfect reservation. There is a time point for unified arrangement of the car. If you miss the time point, you need to solve it yourself. The official website has a time point introduction. Breakfast is a buffet, which is pretty good and hygienic. In short, a satisfactory stay! recommend!

This hotel offers affordable accommodation close to the centre of Venice. 5 minute walk to the bus and train stations - get into the centre of Venice within 15 minutes with minimal cost. Hotels rooms are comfortable, clean and with great showers. Delicious breakfast with wide range of choices. Located close to an excellent Italian restaurant and Ice-cream shop which does the best food! information about safe is misleading - no in room safe - valuables can go in the hotel reception safe but this has limited opening hours. Despite this, I would happily stay again.
