Located downtown, the access was great. Amenities like toothbrushes were fine, as is typical for North America. The room was also a decent size, and I had a comfortable stay.

Great location with city center views alongside harbor area.

If you don't have a car, it's fine. But if you drive a Tesla, remember to bring your physical key because they can only valet park it for you. It was incredibly noisy at night, seriously, not just a little bit. It really affected my sleep quality.

The location is convenient! The service is excellent! Parking costs 30 yuan per day and requires leaving the car keys, but the service is great! The breakfast is simple but acceptable! However, it was disappointing: I had requested a room with a nice view in advance as it was for a birthday celebration, but I ended up with a low-floor room facing a construction site. The construction started at 7 AM, and the noise was quite unbearable!!!

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to James Bay and many other nice restaurants. Staffs are attentive and tried to meet our needs. Room was nice, clean and spacious with comfy bed. Will def stay there again.

The location is excellent, very close to the Parliament building. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was also good. Since it's an overseas hotel, I contacted customer service twice with questions and they responded quickly both times. I encountered some issues during check-in, so I immediately contacted Trip.com's human customer service. Customer service representative Keyu responded right away, urgently contacted the agent, and then immediately contacted the hotel. Through multiple rounds of communication, the issue was perfectly resolved very quickly. Special thanks to customer service representative Keyu and the agent. As a long-time Trip.com customer, I highly praise their efficient and enthusiastic service, and I will continue to support them as always.

The only downside was that the room was too small, with no space to even open a large suitcase. Otherwise, everything was great.

My experience this time wasn't very satisfactory. Firstly, when I booked, I saw that the amenities included a laundry room, but there wasn't one after check-in. Secondly, there was road construction downstairs which severely affected my rest. They were still working outside at 11 PM, and started again around 6 AM, with a lot of noise. The service was good, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk to the city center. Everything else was quite nice, it's just the road construction downstairs that impacted my stay.

Great Location! The beds make an irritating squeaky sound, investing in better beds in the near future might be a good idea. Everything else was wonderful, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast

Service was good and the location was excellent, plus the room was spacious. However, the lobby and elevators felt a bit shabby, and the breakfast selection was small with mediocre quality. I wouldn't recommend booking with breakfast; you're better off going to a Starbucks or similar place instead.

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around, especially great for family trips. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and all the facilities were well-equipped. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close by, and it's just a short walk to the city hall.

The Double Tree Hilton is a great place located close to all downtown attractions. We had a king suite which perfect for the two of us. Valet parking ws convenient  The staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all a great place to stay if you want to see  downtown Victoria

The location of the hotel is wonderful. However, there are two things I noticed: the balcony door is not tight so the wind is sipping in whole night, and the noise from downstairs really affects the rooms, meaning the soundproofing of these rooms isn't that great.

Very friendly service, especially during breakfast. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of space. Very clean hotel.
