Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites Reviews

I was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.

Great hotel. Privately owned in fab location. Service was great. Staff were friendly and pool and hot tub were great.

Very nice hotel just a couple of minutes from main harbour . Good restaurants and shopping near by.

Great location with reasonable price！Downside of the hotel, is that parking fee not included have to pay extra $21 per night !

Great location, just around the corner of bus stops that brings you to basically anywhere in Victoria. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had to leave our bags with them before and after checking in/out, the hotel has a designated storage room to keep our belongings securely. Room is spacious with a mini bar and basic kitchen appliances (they have a microwave in the room!). Our room had a balcony with fascinating views. TV in both the living room area and inside the bedroom. Whole-body mirrored wardrobes are very useful too. The rooftop lounge allows you stunning views of the city of Victoria.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Most major attraction is within walking distance.

The staffs were so nice!!

The check in service was excellent. We were given a room 1.5 hr before the official check in time of 4pm. The front desk and concierge services were helpful, prompt and efficient. The only disappointment during our stay was the lack of information on room cleaning which we later discovered would not be offered unless requested.

The location is a bit far because we need to walk on a slope every time when we have to reach the hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is very clean and bright, and the pool is okay.

Excellent stay ! I enjoyed everything! From the front desk friendly service, parking , STUNNING GORGEOUS BREAKFAST VIEWS , Pool/ hot tub! Room very clean , and quiet . Will be back !
