Staff not friendly, filthy washroom, disgusting yellowish and pinkish moldy tiles shower, we didn't even dare to take a shower!! Pretty nasty and dirty thin walls...you name it!! I wouldn't stay there ever again!!

Very pleasant receptionists, breakfast attendant a little less so. Pool and spa++. Good breakfast, waffles++, quiet hotel.

Evening service / Ok Morning service / very good The room/very clean The spa / lack of cleanliness, should be washed more regularly because the edges were rough. Lunch was lukewarm with little choice, it was 9:00am yet they served the lunch until 9:30.

Really enjoyed my stay

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The lunch buffet was good with a wide variety. There is an indoor swimming pool and a gym. I recommand it.

Was a perfect place to host the soccer team because it’s near by the soccer complex friendly staff.

Old and not kept up. Front desk understaffed. Manager sits in her office next to the front desk with 10 people waiting to check in.

The hotel is old, the rooms add ordinary with channels.

The included breakfast was very good - And we enjoyed the pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. I was also really pleased with the size of the room!

The rooms were adequate. My only complaint was that the rooms were very humid. The AC did not do a good job at dehumidification and the beds felt damp as a result. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly

Great hotel for family and couple ! The service at the restaurant was really good and free breakfast in the morning with many options . A nice short walk to town where you can find many dining options .

It was our first time visiting Victoriaville. The hotel was nice, but one of the reasons we decided on it was it was supposed to have a bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, neither were open the entire 4 days we were there causing us to go out.

Staff was nice. Rooms did not look like pictures, bathroom really small and the bar/restaurant not open in the evenings during the week.
