The hotel is conveniently located near the exhibition center and offers a shuttle bus service. Both the facilities and service were excellent, with nothing to fault. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of amenities in the immediate surroundings, but this is understandable given that it primarily caters to exhibition attendees.

Our room included executive lounge access for two, which offered a good variety of snacks. The breakfast spread was also very generous. The room itself was spacious and quiet, and the swimming pool was large with clean water.

The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was incredibly thorough. The lobby was quite grand. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly; the ladies there were particularly charming and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my child absolutely loved it. The location is a bit out of the way, but it offers excellent value for money. The savings allowed us to easily take taxis, making it convenient to reach places like Canton Tower and the airport.

For my business trip to Guangzhou, I booked the Westin, which is conveniently located very close to the exhibition center. My stay was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. The room was spacious, and the view from the window was lovely. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse and plentiful – quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and they kindly arranged a late check-out for me. I'll definitely choose the Westin again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.

The room was spotless. I stayed here for an exhibition, and the hotel's shuttle service directly to the exhibition center was a huge convenience – no more showing up drenched in sweat in the summer heat! Extremely satisfied, and it was a lovely river-view room too.

We stayed here for a comic convention in Guangzhou with our child. The room was excellent, and we even received an upgrade to the executive floor. We also enjoyed a meal at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was a truly pleasant stay!

The hotel boasts an understated elegance; it might not have many flashy designs, but its aesthetic is very pleasing, and attention to detail is evident throughout. The lobby is spacious with soft, muted tones, ensuring it never feels cramped. Guest rooms were impeccably clean and well-organized, featuring simple furniture and a subdued color palette, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Its location, not far from the exhibition center, made commuting incredibly convenient. Overall, it's an excellent choice for business accommodation. While it's not overly extravagant, it provides a solid and reassuring experience. I would likely choose to stay here again for my future needs.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had initially assumed that hotels located near exhibition centers often just coast on their convenient location, but the service here was surprisingly outstanding. The staff would always greet me warmly whenever I stepped out. Today, I needed to collect a package from the back door, and a staff member, concerned I might get lost or take a detour, personally led me there. Absolutely fantastic! What's more, the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

I've been staying at Westin hotels since 2020 (if I recall correctly). This specific property used to operate under the HNA brand. After recommending it to friends who thoroughly enjoyed their stay, I finally decided to experience it myself. However, I ran into a typhoon. On my way to the hotel, I made a detour to pick up some items, so I only arrived at the hotel lobby when the rain was at its absolute heaviest. Upon entering, I approached the doorman. He noticed my crossbody bag, a large shopping bag, and a suitcase. Despite my umbrella, I was practically soaked through. He promptly took my heavy luggage and offered me tissues to dry off. I was desperate to check in and wash my thoroughly soaked back (despite living in Guangzhou for so many years, I'd never been drenched quite like that!). So I asked him where the front desk for check-in was. Following his directions, I quickly headed to the front desk to present my confirmation code and provided all necessary identification as requested. While I was waiting to check in, the doorman also brought a large plastic bag to store my wet umbrella. Even though I had declined tissues earlier, he still presented me with a generous stack, which I gratefully used to dry my hands – after all, they're essential for my livelihood! After receiving my room key, the doorman escorted me upstairs and even asked a housekeeping colleague in the hallway to send up a few extra hangers to my room later. This doorman deserves immense praise; I strongly recommend he be nominated for the hotel's 'Employee of the Quarter'! It was fortunate that I requested extra hangers in advance, as the ones provided in the room were a bit too large and slippery, causing my clothes to slide off easily. Every time I called the hotel's customer service, the staff member on the other end had a remarkably pleasant voice – perhaps a testament to the high standards associated with the 'Canton Fair' name. The only minor disappointment during my stay was that in both the room and pool showers, the hot/cold water knob only turned in one direction, meaning you had to run the cold water first before the hot water would kick in. The pool changing room featured a semi-automatic spin dryer – a truly commendable feature! Of all the hotels with pools I've visited, this is the only one I've ever encountered with such thoughtful equipment. On the morning of my second day, I made sure to hit the gym and do a five-kilometer run on the elliptical – gotta get that detoxifying sweat in! Also, the last two photos showcase a body lotion I brought back from a stay at an HNA-managed hotel several years ago. It's still not expired, with about a quarter of the bottle left, enough for two more days of use, and has a very pleasant scent. Previously, when this hotel operated under the HNA brand, they also offered body oil, but this Westin ('Canton Fair' location) doesn't, which might indicate it's been phased out.

The hotel may have some history, but as a well-known brand chain, it's incredibly well-maintained. At check-out, the front desk even gave me a stylish card holder, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

Caught in an unexpected typhoon, I had to flee Zhuhai for Guangzhou. Upon checking into the hotel, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. The view was spectacular, and the service was incredibly attentive. I didn't hesitate to extend my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
