Very nice luxury

The room does not correspond to the one we had booked, and they did not give us what we asked for. I always ask for a high and good room, and they did not exactly comply, but quite the opposite. The receptionist was quite dry and boring. We did not have a timetable to reserve the spa, and even though the spa was broken, they were unable to offer us compensation, neither financial nor in services. They had a restaurant and massages, for example, to compensate us. However, Trip's treatment has left us with a good taste in our mouths due to their involvement in giving us compensation. In fact, we have repeated with them. We paid for a superior room and they gave us the normal double with views of a roof.

The hotel is beautiful, large, well located. Very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was all very good, good assortment. We had dinner at the hotel and the menu was well designed and truly spectacular. The only downside to the stay was that the spa was closed for maintenance. They had to notify that when booking.

The exceptional place, room, spa, impressive dining room. Failure is not known because our spa reservation was not noted, but the material that was given to us was there. There is no explanation, everything was solved on time and well. The experience has been fabulous

Simply spectacular. Great location. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is 10. The only thing is the spa is a little small and too many people inside, I still recommend it because it is very good. I wanted to come and it hasn't let me down, on the contrary it's amazing. The next castle of Valbuena

La habitación 310 que me toco tenia cierto mobiliario impropio de esta calidad de hoteles.(Escritorio, alfombra, pila del baño rajada. Desayuno genial, instalaciones comunes de gran calidad.Repetiria pero no en la misma estancia. Genial

Servicio excelente y muy buena atención por parte del personal del hotel. Instalaciones muy buenas y muy comfortables.
