Highly recommend - no negatives with this accommodation at all! Would suit all travelers and all requirements. Superb location for sight seeing. Brilliant!!

It was a great stay. The room was very well equipped and clean. The hotel is situated right next to a metro station and a mall with a lot of restaurant options. We were also offered complimentary hot drinks. The hotel is very suited for remote working as there are nice lounges on the top floor.

Clean room. Good service. Free coffee in the lobby:) Convenient to go everywhere. Besides train stations, coffee shops, China shop, shopping mall.

Near train station, clean and facilities is good. Have laundry room, all guest can use (additional charge via app)

Lovely place near the bus/metro stations. Too bad the Kagran station from town was closed when I was there but it takes a back turn from the next station so not too inconvenient. Great work by the reception offering us options for on the early check in. As we arrive super early and needed to keep our bags

Front desk is very helpful to take care of my family. The hotel location is perfect and it is just next to Karan station in U1 line. You can take the train to Donau and ST. Stephen church etc.

Waiting for the related system to program the room key for over hours, finally the room door was opened by hotel staff instead. Keys were ready by the evening. I think it was an individual case. Facilities are good and kitchen is well equipped, Room is spacious for three persons. Location is just 3 minutes walk from underground. Supermarket is just located at the ground level.

The room is quite spacious and equipped with a stove, microwave, cooking utensils and tableware, which makes it very convenient to heat up food. Unfortunately, there is no kettle, so you can only use the microwave to boil hot water for tea, which is a bit of a drawback. If you don’t want to make your own tea, there is a coffee machine and free tea bags and paper cups next to the counter on the basement, where you can make your own tea or coffee. In addition, the staff will not take the initiative to clean the room and make the bed every day. If necessary, you may need to notify the staff at the counter downstairs to arrange cleaning. In terms of transportation and food, the hotel is very close to the U1 subway and tram station, so transportation is very convenient. It only takes about 3 or 4 minutes to walk to the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also two Westfield shopping malls nearby, large restaurant chains, and Dm. After breakfast, you can take public transportation to your favorite destination. It is also very convenient to buy souvenirs in Dm. You can buy a big bag and walk to the hotel in 3 or 4 minutes. You can put the souvenirs in the store and take them home as souvenirs.
