Lovely place near the bus/metro stations. Too bad the Kagran station from town was closed when I was there but it takes a back turn from the next station so not too inconvenient. Front desk is very helpful to take care of my family. The hotel location is perfect and it is just next to Karan station in U1 line. You can take the train to Donau and ST. Stephen church etc.

Nice rooms at a convenient location. Front desk staffs were very welcoming and helpful.

Waiting for the related system to program the room key for over hours, finally the room door was opened by hotel staff instead. Keys were ready by the evening. I think it was an individual case. Facilities are good and kitchen is well equipped, Room is spacious for three persons. Location is just 3 minutes walk from underground. Supermarket is just located at the ground level.

The Chinese lady at the front desk is very considerate and the service staff are also very polite. The environment is clean. There is a supermarket downstairs and a Chinese restaurant. It is close to the subway and the tram.

There is coffee to drink every morning, and the hotel does not provide daily cleaning services. I originally hoped to provide daily cleaning before checking in, but the hotel told me that if it was cleaned every day, it would cost extra. The location is very convenient. There are also shops downstairs in front of the train station. If you are hungry, you can go to the dining car in front of the train station. They are open until midnight and in the morning. When you want to go out, there is a water dispenser and coffee in front of the counter. You can fill it up before going out and save a lot of money. Everything is wonderful. The only downside is that it's a bit dirty. (There is no way to clean it every day) The smell of sewerage in the toilet is very strong

Clean, brand new, comfortable, excellent service, subway, right in front of the station, and the store downstairs, convenient for shopping and cooking in the room. Everything is wonderful, highly recommended! Highly recommend to family and friends!

The environment is OK. Check-in is only available after 3pm. After checking in, another couple suddenly opened my door. I was shocked because the front desk recorded the wrong room card. The surrounding shopping malls and subways are very convenient.

The hotel is just opposite the U1 subway station, a two-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The room is large and beautiful. My room has an unbeatable sunset view. The tableware, oven and induction cooker are all available, which is especially suitable for self-catering. There is a supermarket opposite, so it is convenient to buy ingredients. The hotel also has a buffet breakfast with rich varieties. The disadvantage is that it is far from the city of Vienna and is already in the suburbs. The bathroom has a smell from the sewer pipe, which is not very pleasant.

Highly recommended. Just take the escalator as shown in the picture. Next to it is the Vienna International School. There are buses, subway U1, Chinese noddle king, and Chinese supermarket nearby. The local supermarket downstairs is very convenient. You can go directly or transfer to any tourist attraction in the city via U1. The sofa in the room can be converted into a double bed, the room kitchen has laundry facilities, and there is free coffee in the lobby. Our family of four had a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay here again next time!
