Excellent choice, great location, courteous staff and budget friendly. We stayed 9 days/8 nights and our only complain is there was not enough cleaning service during our stay. Although we kept our room in order and very neat, but it would have been nicer to have the chambermaid clean every 3rd or even every 4th day. However, we still choose to return after this trip to Italy. When we comeback, it will be for a longer period of 19 days/18 nights. I hope the quality of service remains the same with an added cleaning on the side... 😊

Self check in machine at the door easy enough. Didn't need the hotel app they suggested. I was able to see all the hotel facilities and services on the website before I booked which taught me about the hotel app and the laundry app, but after I've booked I can't find these webpages anymore. The app shows I'm in the check in phase the whole time, I'm not sure if it's because I only printed 1 card key but it lets you print 3. I'm suppose to be able to open room door with the app, but it didn't work, and the card key works but takes some time to detect and unlock the door. Cheap TV from a brand called Telefunken never heard of. Meant to be a smart TV that connects to Internet with YouTube Netflix and all but it doesn't connect. Wifi has a login page so can't connect Chromecast. There's a hand wash by the sink that's also meant to be used as shampoo and body wash. Best thing about this room is the water coming out of the shower is amazingly strong you can use it like a water massage. The kitchen stove is very compact there's 2 spaces but if you use a pot a pan together it doesn't fit right. 2 supermarket across the road, but beware it's closed on Sundays. Okay location next to the train and metro station, takes about 30mins to Vienna centre. Okay place to stay if you can get it for under 100euros. There were spiderwebs at the corner of the windows and a bug crawling on the wardrobe. Room service is once a week I think. There's no safe to lock your valuables. It's not bad but there are better places with better offers if you're paying more than 100euros.

As soon as we arrived on New Year's Day, the property told us that there was no hot water and that they would give us 30% back on every day for the days that there was no hot water (i.e. for 3 days) and they didn't even refund us, anyway after checking in we go up and there are hairs on the bed, so there's a problem there too, at the end of the day I really don't recommend it, the only good thing is the location near the train and the tram that takes you to the centre

The hotel is right next to the MRT station exit, which is very convenient, and there is a supermarket next door. The living functions are very good. I stayed here for two days on this business trip and felt very good. I will choose the same place next time if I have a business trip! The hotel's self-service check-in is also very convenient!

The room was big, spacious, and clean, so it was really nice. The mirror was big, and most of all, the location was good. I think I'll come again next time. ㅎㅎ

The location is perfect, because it has the metro right next door, a supermarket, but you have to take into account that it closes early, and restaurants on either side. As for the apartment, it is small but perfect for a short stay, it was missing some kitchen utensils like pans and a scouring pad, and the cleaning was perfect. The check-in was very quick and easy. The only drawback is the air conditioning, it fails a bit and it is very hot inside the room.

First of all, I don't know how to use electrical appliances. When the fan broke, the customer service didn't know anything when I called. Or they promised to send someone to help fix it, but no one responded when I waited in the room. No one came up either. Because there is no air conditioning, I have to sleep with the window open, but the result is that I am woken up by cars on the road at 5:00 every day. The weather has been hotter in the past week, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. When I turn on the light, the whole ceiling is full of mosquitoes. The most exaggerated thing is that cicadas fly in and chirp. In one night, my elbows and ankles were bitten more than 10 times. I called the customer service to ask if there is any mosquito removal method or electric mosquito swatter, and the customer service said that they have nothing to do. It's even more weird that they clean once a week. They come to clean at 8-9 o'clock, and open the door before the guests respond. It's very embarrassing, so I have to say that they won't clean now. Even if they clean, the new sheets have the oily smell of men's oily skin. I changed three beds and there is nothing to change.

Nice, clean and convenient transportation.

Normally there is no staff at all; you have to do your own laundry, and you have to recharge 20 at a time. The bed was too soft and very uncomfortable. The furniture is all IKEA. After all, the kitchen is pretty good

There is a subway station next to the hotel, making it very convenient to enter the city. Windows can be opened for ventilation. It is also very convenient to dry clothes. The disadvantage is that there is no one to clean the trash can and you don't know who to look for when it is full, and there is no front desk staff. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is broken. Fortunately, the windows in the room can be opened for ventilation, so the room does not stink. There is a small dining table for eating. Overall, it is worth recommending to stay. The core reason is that it is convenient to dry clothes, for people who need to change clothes when going out. This environmental factor is very important

Good location, very close to the subway, good connection to the center. Clean, coffee in the room, wifi very good. Recommended.
