I stayed on my first trip to Vienna. It was convenient to move around about 7 minutes by my feet to the bus stop and subway station respectively. I arrived before check-in time, but I was happy to respond immediately. It was a pity that the drainage ditch of the shower was a little bad, and the water did not flow after use, so I struggled to clean my feet. The breakfast was delicious with many handmade items.
Hotel is good, service is good, location is good, downstairs is an entire commercial street, but their business district closes early and closes at 7pm, and does not open on Sundays. Next to the parking lot, public transportation is also very convenient.
Property was eclectic and excellent. Common areas, foyer, restaurant etc were excellent and spacious. Room was very good, spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was very good, lots of shops, restaurants, transport very close and an easy 10 minute stroll to old town Vienna. Staff provided excellent service, were friendly and attentive.

Really the best Ibis branded hotel I ever stayed in. Location is perfect for first time visitors as it’s strategically located next to the biggest walking street and in between the historic center and summer palace. Everything is very easy to reach via underground or tram. The room very spacious and very comfortable beddings. No complaints but would be good if there was a fridge in the room. Other than that would stay again there.
The recipcion was good,I would like to thanks manager of the hotel madam Elizabeth, she was very cooperative with us,in all things.and I advise any person when com to Vienna to stay in this hotel if I will com back to Vienna, sure I will reserve room in this hotel.

Very close to the ancient city, various attractions within walking distance, a good bar on the first floor, a food street and a supermarket at the door. The most satisfying is the small statue of Beethoven at the top of the stairs. The rest bar on the M floor has a piano and books in addition to snacks and drinks. This year is the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, and the river bank theater at the door is where Beethoven played famous songs and worked for many years. The front desk clerk was very proud to introduce us. It is said that the lintel of the theater facing the hotel was donated by Beethoven's son who was in love with the duchess.
The room is in a very good location, very close to the subway station, and convenient for travel. The front desk service is very good. Because I had checked in once on the night of May 1, when I checked in again on May 6, I asked to stay in the room I stayed in on the 1st. The front desk agreed to my request and adjusted the room for me to the room I stayed in on the 1st. They also asked about my flight for the next day and helped me design the best departure time and route based on the time. The service is really great. If I have the opportunity to go to Vienna in the future, I will choose this hotel again!
The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was convenient (Subway and Tram near) although you had to walk about 6-7 mins. The hotel room was big enough and the bed very comfortable.
The front desk was very friendly and had a good attitude. The room was very beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend it to friends who like taking photos. The bedding was very good. The quilt, pillow and bed were very comfortable. However, the room was small and the facilities were very ordinary. There were not even slippers, which seemed to be the case in most places in Vienna. The biggest problem was that the toilet was a black toilet. There was no window in the room and the sound insulation was poor.

I booked this hotel as a solo female traveller. It was located very close to the subway station, and the location was excellent. It was on a major road, so it was safe at night. The staff were also kind. The whole building was old, but clean. However, the refrigerator was broken and completely unusable, and the air conditioner was quite loud.

朴朴The small hotel has been newly renovated, and it is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer of 3,000 oceans! The bed was very comfortable and very clean, and most of the sights not mentioned were on foot. Barbeque meal and Frans Joseph meal are recommended for breakfast.
Lluckylin2010The room is relatively new with a kitchen, tableware is provided, the window is too noisy by the road, the self-purchasing oil and salt can be cooked, the building is an elevator, self-check-in, check-out is convenient, the traffic is 7, 8 minutes walk, there are subway 4, 18 trams, a room is difficult to find.
GGuest UserHotel runned by Family. Very accommodating reception and located right in the city shopping district. Very Close to public transport. Despite the hotel name i will highly reco this place, very modern victorian feel
BBorjadevvThe hotel was close to the hotel and we were charged €10 for the tourist charge (which was €6.80) and I asked for a receipt and the boy told me that it was not working and that he would give it in cash. The room was very clean, it was very warm, but for winter times it was great. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
JJen20The hotel slightly away from the city center but still easy access via train or bus. There is bus stop right in front of the hotel. The main door to open seems tricky and no one’s to contact for such emergency after reception hours. Thankfully some customers who stay in help to open the door.
Jjeremy0823Not bad hotel The price set in the evening was very cheap in Vienna. The hotel is not far from the subway station. The bed is very comfortable. I still want to live. . . Will consider it next time
