Very clean, fully equipped, kitchen, ktv, swimming pool, hot spring pool, garden. The villa has three floors and 5 rooms. In fact, it is okay to live for 12 people. In the evening, we cook in the kitchen and barbecue outdoors. There are dishes and dishes in the kitchen, so you don't need to buy them again. MMarioYeungAfter nearly three years, I returned to this villa, and the overall experience was quite good. Considering the Qingming Festival holiday, the price/performance ratio was quite good. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hot spring water was also very pleasant. Although the amount was limited daily, it was practically unavailable.
Compared to three years ago, the surrounding commercial facilities seem much less developed, and dining options are limited, often requiring commuting to downtown Yingde for meals.
This villa probably doesn't receive many guests. The garden light was broken, the bathtub was covered in dust (we cleaned it for the owner ourselves), and the hot spring water wasn't flowing. The owner didn't notice these issues promptly, suggesting they haven't been regularly checking in.
I hope the owner can maintain the facilities well in the future to attract more repeat customers.

別墅的衞生還挺不錯的，無論是房間，洗手間還是客廳，都比較潔凈。廚房的話廚具有點生銹，這個可以改善一下。別墅剛打開門的時候，有點氣味，這個也應該處理一下。

別墅裏面的設施該有的都有，洗漱用品齊全，床鋪被褥也足夠。別墅還提供麻將桌，燒烤爐，温泉池子，廚房餐具都有，挺不錯的。

我們是臨時訂的房，訂單剛提交成功，老闆就致電説讓管家聯繫我，非常的及時。管家人很好，把一些事項通過微信告知，有什麼問題也第一時間回覆我們，服務很到位。
