The property location is a perfect location for us. Staff is great. Responsive when needed. Missing the warm chocolate chip cookies from 6 to 8 that weve found at other Hampton Inns.

Upon arrival there were bugs found in the toilet, bathtub and bathroom floor. After showering and walking to the bed a large cockroach crawled across the nightstand table top. Pulling open the drawer multiple roaches ran out and scattered in both drawers. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The room was extremely dated with furniture that was heavily worn.

The Pros and Cons Some services within the hotel were in disrepair (ex elevator, ice machine). The breakfast was exceptional and both kitchen attendants warm and friendly. Room was overly dark. Sink bump out made it hard to use. The bed was very comfortable.

I showed up a few hours early for check in, the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to let me check in early, as well as having a lovely chat. All of the staff I interacted with on my stay were kind and courteous, and the room was clean and tidy
