Service is good with Onsen. Room is alright as of environment protection standard. Breakfast is not of value when compared to other Japanese hotels.

The quality of the breakfast was high. The room was a business type, but there were 2-3 books on the bookshelf, so I had an enjoyable stay. Regarding the hot springs, it is also recommended for those who like hot springs and saunas, as it comes with a sauna and is a natural hot spring.

I hope you enjoy the hot springs. It's close to the downtown area, so it's perfect for going out for drinks, so we recommend it. Next time, I would like to try the original bread.

I arrived around 6:30 in the evening. We stopped at the entrance with two bikes. We were careful not to get wet in the rain. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality during the meal.

I stayed here for three days and two nights. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the natural hot spring water containing salt warmed me from the core of my body, allowing me to relieve my daily fatigue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it was a very nice inn. Thank you very much.

This time, I had to work near Minami Wakkanai Station, so I decided to stay at a nearby hotel. The hotel's exterior and lobby look old, but the rooms have been renovated and are very clean. There is also a large public bath, although I did not use it this time. There are many restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to eat out. For breakfast, I was very satisfied with the variety of boiled dishes and many local dishes. We talked about the oldness, but in a sense it retains a lot of the atmosphere of the Showa era, giving it a nostalgic feel, and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

This was my first trip to Wakkanai, and I looked for a place to stay near Wakkanai Station, thinking it would be convenient, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to stay here after seeing reviews that said it was ``convenient in the downtown area.'' The downtown area = dining area (night town) is lively (in a good sense) like a local area, and convenience stores and coin laundry are conveniently located nearby. The twin rooms in the new building are spacious, clean, and quiet. The bath is also warm and comfortable due to the use of hot springs. And most of all, I was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which had home-cooked items that made use of local produce, rather than the usual Japanese and Western food!

The hotel is average, but the front desk staff were very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. When I asked for directions to the northernmost McDonald's in Japan, they explained it very carefully and advised me to take a taxi. When the taxi arrived, the staff even asked the driver to take a photo for me, showing how considerate they were. We were able to enjoy local Hokkaido food, and it was delicious. The room was also well-cleaned and very clean.

Use the single room in the east building. The exterior looks a little dated, but the rooms have been renovated with a modern feel and have everything you need, so I was able to spend a surprisingly comfortable time there. The large underground bath was a yellow-green hot spring common in the Soya region, and was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying with local ingredients. The staff's response was, well, typical in this area where they don't show much hospitality, but overall it was a comfortable hotel. It's a little difficult that the parking lot is always crowded.

A pleasant and authentic hotel. Welcoming staff and quality service for a complete Japanese experience. There is an Onsen available to guests from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. to calm and recharge your batteries! The Japanese-style room is spacious and very pleasant to live in. A great step!

I'm planning to stay there in a week. I called to find out about the change in check-in time and the ration, but I was surprised at the poor response. I was looking forward to it, but I'm disappointed that it made me feel so uncomfortable. I understand that you are busy during the busy season, but I would like you to be more considerate.

I stayed here for one night in late January when there was a lot of snow. I had to get up early the next morning, so I stayed overnight without meals. In addition to being located near Minami-Wakkanai Station, it is located in the Daikoku district, the downtown area of Wakkanai, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink at night. However, most of the shops are closed on Sundays, and it's difficult to find a shop that's open, so I recommend avoiding staying in Minami-Wakkanai on Sundays if possible (by the way, I stayed there on a Sunday night. I was looking forward to a night in Minami-Wakkanai, but I was shocked to be disappointed). The room was quite normal, but the hot spring was very spacious. I honestly felt that 7,600 yen per night including tax was expensive for a room without meals. Also, the hotel breakfast costs over 1,000 yen, but there is a Sukiya (a beef bowl chain restaurant located in the northernmost part of Japan) within walking distance, so I think it's okay to eat there instead of at the hotel.
