Lovely stay, I would strongly recommend, they had yoga classes which was a surprise, there was no TV in my room, but that doesn’t matter, the only problem was, when at night time, there was some rat like animal running around in the ceiling, something fighting too, it’s central air conditioning, so it’s connected, that’s all. I should have told they while I was there, only told them when I left.

Little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud but only a 15 walk to the water palace. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful.

This wasn’t a great place to stay unfortunately. My room wasn’t ready for check in at 3:30pm when I arrived so I had to wait an hour so they could clean it. There was no fridge and they charged for ice. I had AUD$200 stolen from my bag during room service so all in all I was disappointed.

A nice resort but not the ideal choice for families with kids. Why: The room balcony directly opens to the ridge, bathroom did not had a cover to room balcony, minimal food menu options.

The room is big, a garden-style hotel, a big and beautiful swimming pool, but I didn't have the chance to go into the water. The breakfast is also very good, the service is very attentive, I like the delicious omelettes

The service was very polite and helpful! Unfortunately, the rest of the accommodation couldn't keep up and wasn't convincing at all! The room was run down, not particularly clean and had holes in the ceiling. It was also extremely loud. This was partly due to the construction site or the renovation work, but the main issue was the non-existent soundproofing of the rooms. This also included a connecting door to the room next door, which was anything but soundproof. The walls weren't particularly thick either. In addition, the building's water heater was directly behind our room. You could hear this very loudly as soon as someone needed lukewarm water. The air conditioning was also very loud. Furthermore, the front door as well as the door to the bathroom, if you can even call it a bathroom, were connected by two mismatched wooden doors that could be “closed” by a sliding bar. As a result, mosquitoes kept coming into the room, which were stopped by the non-existent mosquito net. This meant at least 3 mosquito hunts per night. Other creatures also used this path, there were ants and caterpillars. There were a few ants in particular, they even climbed onto the toilet seat, which further worsened what had previously been a mediocre bathroom experience. The bathroom was open at the back and could be closed at night with two flaps. During the day you had a “great” view of the wooden fence behind it, which was not tight. Theoretically you could have looked into the neighboring bathroom. In addition, the pool was only half usable during our stay. In general, a number of renovation work took place on the hotel grounds. The only thing that convinced me was the option of being able to have breakfast until 10pm, which was okay. So if you want to sleep in a little, you can do so without missing your breakfast. The location was good. Conclusion: The hotel is not recommended and Ubud as a city is an over-touristed disappointment - never again!

The service staff are very warm and considerate, and will do their best to meet our additional needs. The hotel has a beautiful environment and the breakfast is also very good. Very close to the bustling area, convenient for eating and shopping. All in all a very good stay.

Those with children are advised to stay in a twin room. The double room with balcony is too small and the bed is not big, only about 1.5 meters. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me change my room. The twin room had big beds and the room was also big. The hotel environment is very good. The swimming pool is relatively secluded. It is located down the hillside. It is very quiet. However, the temperature was a little low. My daughter only played in the water and did not go swimming. You need to make a reservation for the spa in advance. It is so comfortable to listen to the chirping of insects, birds and the sound of the river. If you don't want to eat breakfast, you can also eat in the afternoon or evening and choose one of the three meals. This is very considerate. The only disadvantage is that you can only check in in the afternoon. I was very tired after the red-eye flight and couldn't check in early to rest.

Everyone is so sunny and hospitable~ It is very suitable for travelers who want to experience local life. It is very close to the city center and yoga center, and can be reached in a small motorcycle ride. Life is also very convenient~
