Am Muttertag zum Kaffee trinken besucht. Nach 60 Minuten immer noch keine Möglichkeit zum Bestellen bekommen, stattdessen 3x die Antwort "Ich komme gleich." Wäre es voll besetzt gewesen, dann wäre es nachvollzieh-, aber nicht entschuldbar. Es war nicht voll. Selbst im Außenbereich war nicht alles besetzt. Dazu sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Keine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung für die Wartezeit. Dazu kam dann noch, dass falsche Speisen und Getränke geliefert wurden und ein Teil der Bestellung falsch war. Alles in Allem enttäuschend.

Ein schönes, kleines Hotel direkt am Edersee. In der Suite, im Frühstücksraum und auf der Hotel-Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Praktisch ist der „begehbare Kleiderschrank“ in der Suite - ein kleines Räumchen, in dem man einiges unterbringen kann. Das (etwas kleine, aber saubere) Bad in der Suite schien recht neu renoviert und völlig in Ordnung. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Spielplatz für Kinder ab 6 Jahre ist ganz in der Nähe und auch für die Kleineren gibt es viel zu entdecken.

Schöner Ort, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Keine Kundenorientierung der Inhaberin, Restaurant unterirdisch - teures schlechtes Essen, Service tw. sehr arrogant und unfreundlich ( manche auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend). Als Hotelgäste durften wir unser Essen nicht aufs Zimmer schreiben, wegen eines ‚Vorfalls‘ war die Erklärung. Keine Gäste-orientierte Philosophie. Sehr schade, da es unnötige Mißstimmung erzeugt ungepflegtes Bad und Viel Staub. Schlechter Kaffee.

Wir haben uns spontan zu der Veranstaltung im Strandhaus No. 12 " Romy Hildebrandt mit ihrem Quartett" entschieden und einen Tisch für unser Essen um 17.30 Uhr reserviert. Nachdem wir die Getränke und die Bestellung für das Essen getätigt hatten, war die Freude auf einen unbeschwerten Abend (nach langer Corona-Pause) groß. Das Lokal füllte sich und die Speisen an den Nachbartischen wurden aufgetragen. Wir haben schließlich bis 18.30 Uhr vergeblich auf einen Hinweis, das unsere Essen noch etwas dauert, oder unsere Essen gewartet. Daher sind wir enttäuscht, hungrig und ohne einen unterhaltsamen Abend, gegangen. Wir können weder das Essen noch Romy Hildebrandt beurteilen, da uns beides vermisst wurde. Schade....
