The front desk staff is missing a smile and basic customer service skills. The bathroom needs maintenance. The location was great close to Old Town. The hotel restaurant was good. The table soccer was the only entertainment but it was broken.

I've stayed at this hotel four times and I love it. The location is ideal for tourists, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, the restaurant has superb food, the staff is friendly, the rooms, while small and towels that are too thin, are pleasant. The windows open for fresh air! There is a sweet children's corner in the lobby with toys - it's wonderful to hear children laughing! I am planning to return in a few months for another stay. Perhaps the most reliably pleasant hotel I know of.
