Awesome place, super clean, very well equiped room. This is the best I have ever seen in all my years of travel.

The staffs are all helpful, I was booked free smoke room and even we arrived so late but Miss Hou jieying were still help us to change the room from 9th floor to 5th floor (which is free smoke level), really appreciated it. The room were clean but they only have standard bed room when I booked the time, actually I want one big bed and one standard bed, other than this all are higher standard compare others. I have to special thanks Deputy Manager Jiang Qiu Yi, she was help me personal at night time, my kid after swimming suddenly feel eye painful, I am worried a lot and asking help, Manager Jiang using her own ******* to order the eye drop for me and sending by robot to our room, the next day morning my kid feel much more better without any red eye, I cannot imagine how do I do without her help, I want to say big thank you to her when I check out but unfortunately she off work that time, but the things she did, it’s really warm me and I feel love all the way. I will book Jianguo hotel again when my next trip. Our family all love it. Thank you.

The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making it a perfect way to begin each day of my stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The entire team, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always eager to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail maintained by the cleaning staff was remarkable. My room was immaculate, and the cleaning ladies ensured that I returned to a welcoming and tidy space after a day of exploring Weinan. Beyond the excellent facilities and services, the Jianguo Hotel's location is also worth mentioning. It provided easy access to the public transport, allowing me to explore the rich culture and history of both Weinan and Xi'An, effortlessly. In summary, my stay at the Jianguo Hotel was an experience I will cherish forever. There is a baby bed, which is very convenient. I personally think that it is a hotel with better facilities and environment in Weinan. There is a small pond in Building A, and the fish are very beautiful and fun! It is a good place to take the baby out and take pictures. I also chose this hotel for my wedding. Hahahaha Hygiene: OK Service: Room service and restaurant service are the most outstanding, and the front desk service needs to be improved. It may also be because the front desk was not in good condition that day. However, there is a very beautiful intern sister at the front desk who is really gentle and considerate.

I booked a 40 square meter standard room because I like bigger rooms and brighter rooms. However, the 40 square meter standard room is so small and cramped that it is speechless. It does not feel like a 25 square meter room. There is no wooden cabinet for backpacks in the room. There is an empty space and the backpacks can only be placed on the floor. As the best hotel in Weinan, it is really disappointing. If you like big rooms, it is recommended to book a standard room in Building B of Jianguo Hotel, which is 33 square meters, much larger than 40 square meters.

I went to see a friend who had booked this hotel. It was quite large. The location, environment and decoration were all good. The only drawback was that the wardrobe smelled bad when opened. I could get rid of the smell.

Weinan Jianguo Hotel is really nice. If I hadn't been away on business, I would have wanted to stay here for a few more days. The room is decorated in a grand style, with mahogany classical furniture, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and has a superior location. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and Wuyue Plaza, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The service attitude is excellent, and welcome fruits are sent in the evening. The service can be said to be super good, whether it is the girls at the front desk, the brothers at the door, or even the sanitation cleaners, they are all equally good, very worthy of praise, and even more worthy of recommendation.
