The property is clean and the staff is very helpful. The only downside is if you stay on the ground level you will have to endure the pounding feet of upstairs travellers.

The property is well maintained (*fully* decked out for Christmas), the office staff very friendly, the suites roomy and comfortable.
I do wonder if they might consider including a roll of paper towels in each suite...I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge cost, and it would save guests from having to purchase their own for minor cleaning or to serve as napkins (I had brought some with me, so I was okay, but most people, I suspect, wouldn't)..
I was tremendously pleased with my stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Other guest, a long time guest, cooking smelled so bad. The smell flooded our room at night. Called the front desk they offered to send a room deodorizer but none showed up. Garlic one night, cabbage the next.

We were blown away by how clean and homey and spacious our suite was. Truly a home away from home. Bear in mind for those of you who tend to run hot, that there are select AC units in the bedrooms to manage, to keep the place cool in summer. I imagine it gets fairly hot in the common areas without an HVAC system in place. But other than that, if you visit during the cooler months, this shouldn't be a major issue. Likewise there are spare blankets and pillows stored in the closets for the folks who get colder. The full sized kitchen is perfectly adequate for meal preparation. We had a standard coffee maker too. The bathrooms are new and spotless. The drive to the Kennebunks is 20 minutes away. Overall we enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to come back again in the future!

My mother and I recently stayed here for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. Our condo was very clean and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy. There was coffee for the Keurig, ice in the freezer, books and crossword puzzles in the TV cabinets. The one thing I would change is updating the TV’s. Cable was difficult to navigate and I’m pretty tech savvy. I should have brought my own Roku. Oh and the outdoor and indoor pools were awesome… even in October! We will return!
