硬件設施還行吧，淋浴間的下水道堵了，洗澡的時候水漫金山，這酒店平時是沒有檢修人員嗎？等着顧客來發現問題？辦理入住很慢，要手工寫個單子，當時我就驚呆了，還要簽字，兩百多的房費已經付了還要收三百的按金，説是房間裏有一些商品，其實就是泡麪飲料之類的，而且跟價格表上的品種對不上；退房也因此很慢，還要查房，現在這種做法已經很過時了，九十年代的做法吧
