West Covina Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel we usually stay for a yearly conference in had no availability this time. I had spend quite a bit of time researching and based on criteria important to me decided on Best Western in West Covina. I didn’t expect much, and was really impressed with cleanliness, quietness and the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again especially if all the Covid protocols go away and we’d be able to use the jacuzzi and have a better breakfast.

The location is good. There was a Chinese team on the first day and Chinese porridge was available, which was very good. It is right next to Highway 10, making travel very convenient.

Clean, pleasant. Albeit a smell in the room but couldn’t figure out if it was a cleaning product or building product but wasn’t too bothersome. Good location as close to the freeway. Outside of LA which wasn’t too bad for us as we travelled around but if wanting to explore central LA it’s a good hour with traffic. Overall. Pleased with choice. Front of house were welcoming :)

Clean room and very quiet! If I ever go to West Covina again I will definitely get one room in this hotel. 100 % recommended!

Good location, close to high speed. It is close to the shopping mall and the surrounding restaurants are also good. All are within walking distance and very convenient. The room was clean, the bathroom was large and the surroundings were quite quiet. Overall satisfaction.

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.
