Choosing this hotel for our Xi'an trip was an absolute stroke of genius! The location is fantastic, right near Xi'an Station. You can walk there from the station, which is a huge bonus for anyone traveling with luggage. It's also super convenient for getting to the City Wall and the Bell and Drum Towers, so transportation was completely stress-free. The room was much more spacious than I expected. The overall style is a calm, traditional Chinese aesthetic, and the wooden floors and plush bed immediately made me feel relaxed. The bedding was clean and comfortable – perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The room had everything we needed: a desk, a sofa, and even a small minibar. The view from the window was great too, offering glimpses of the old city architecture, which really added to the atmosphere! The attention to detail was also a big plus. Complimentary bottled water, a tea set, and an electric kettle were all provided. The cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay very reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

There are many breakfast shops downstairs from the hotel, and a convenience store right next door, making breakfast very convenient. There's also a robot downstairs that can deliver items. It's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda musical fountain is clearly visible from here.

Absolutely delighted and very satisfied! I'll definitely choose Haimen JW again next time I'm in Xi'an. It was better than I ever imagined! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff were super nice and attentive. A big shout out to Monica and Lily for being especially thoughtful! They proactively asked about our needs and tried their best to accommodate them. The welcome fruit was lovely, and they gave us a high-floor room with a great view. The room was well-decorated, and since it was our anniversary, they even brought us a delicious small cake! The housekeeping staff were also wonderful. The lobby staff and the doormen at the hotel entrance were all great! Everyone greeted us with a smile~ The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the Sauteed Noodles were amazing! The location is very convenient, and there's a fantastic teppanyaki place downstairs! Good! The biggest surprise of this trip was choosing such a wonderful hotel.

We loved our stay at the Heonic Hotel and suits. The cat motif and cat playroom in the lobby was a hit with our teen and an adult missing her fur babies at home. Clean tidy rooms, attentive staff, cool AC in room, lots of hot water in shower and a bidet in toliet. Room with two double beds, although on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. Within walking distance of the city wall and accessible by Didi to other attractions.

I was impressed by the clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!

Our group had a wonderful six-night stay at the Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Before checking in, we inquired about various hotel services, and the reservation staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered, no matter their role, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As hotel guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area and the hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot tub, which was disinfected daily by staff and refilled with fresh water every evening – it was so relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing! The hotel also helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and our seats were excellent. A dedicated staff member guided us to our seats before the show and picked us up afterward. The outdoor hot spring experience was also fantastic; perhaps because it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded. Like the private tubs, there were complimentary drinks and fruits. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. If you're visiting Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Army, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Overall it's good, with complete hardware facilities, about 500 meters away from Line 4, upgraded master bedroom without windows, 1518, children's room to play, can take a bath, plenty of drinking water, half a roujiamo for breakfast is enough to make you full, not enough cups, when cups were available, milk and soy milk were gone, yogurt was in short supply, coffee coupons were given, which can be packaged, and Hanfu coupons, but the car service was not used due to traffic control, there is a seafood dinner on the second floor, which can be stored, overall, it is worthy of the word ”international”, much better than the so-called international hotel in Hanzhong Rongjia where I stayed later.

For shopping and dining, Xi'an Joy City is right outside the hotel, offering everything you could possibly need. And the hotel service? Absolutely impeccable. From the moment I booked, through check-in, and finally at check-out, the guest services team, especially Nico and Candy, provided thoughtful and proactive assistance. This included pre-arrival check-in guidance, license plate registration, a local sightseeing map, performance schedules, and even information on traffic restrictions during the May Day holiday. The front desk staff were professional, efficient, and highly skilled, able to answer all our questions and accommodate our specific requests with ease. This really speaks to the hotel's mature and comprehensive management system, where management empowers their staff, significantly boosting service efficiency and quality, and actively enhancing the hotel's and brand's image. Even the housekeeping staff were incredibly meticulous and diligent, ensuring our room was cleaned and amenities replenished promptly and thoroughly. It's no wonder The Westin Xi'an (Datang Everbright City store) is ranked number one for hotels in Xi'an on Ctrip – it truly deserves it.
