As I sit in this room, imbued with an undeniable oriental charm, my heart is filled not only with inexpressible emotion but also with profound awe. Walking through your property feels like stepping into a magnificent Tang Dynasty painting that has been passed down through a thousand years – truly, 'every step is a beautiful scene, every corner is a wonder'! Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. Very satisfied! Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury. Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate. Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum! Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

The hotel service is excellent, and any issues were promptly resolved. The butler was very responsive, making it a great experience for new guests and families with children. The hot springs were fantastic, and the service in that area was also great; my nails looked beautiful, and the spa was very relaxing. I wouldn't recommend the outdoor children's playground, though, as there was no service, and the staff's attitude was quite poor. The pet park was clean, but they charge for all children regardless of age, and adults accompanying them also need a separate ticket. The purebred cats and dogs were interesting, and the service was good; my child even got to pet a snake. Overall, my child had a wonderful time!

The biggest surprise of my Xi'an concert trip was staying at the W Xi'an Hotel, truly living up to its reputation as a landmark in Qujiang. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was awestruck by the avant-garde design, which perfectly blends the charm of the ancient capital of Chang'an with contemporary aesthetics. The atmosphere was incredibly captivating, and it's a fantastic spot for photos. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring Qujiang and visiting the Grand Tang Everbright City. The guest rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The smart lighting and curtains were easy to operate, and the balcony offered expansive views, making the Qujiang nightscape particularly enjoyable in the evening. The amenities smelled wonderful, and there was great attention to detail. Service was consistently top-notch; the front desk staff were polite and efficient, responding quickly to requests with thoughtful attitudes. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Whether for sightseeing or a leisurely vacation, this hotel is highly recommended. It's an experience you definitely shouldn't miss when you come to Xi'an.

Just checked out on July 11th, and I absolutely have to give this hotel a big shout-out! Xi'an has been scorching hot lately, like a steaming basket, but the moment you step into the lobby, a blast of cool air instantly revives you. The hotel is located in the Gaoxin CBD, and the Zhangba Yilu Station of Metro Line 6 is just a few minutes' walk downstairs. A taxi ride to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City takes only about ten to twenty minutes. Although it's a bit further from the Bell Tower, this area is quiet, with skyscrapers all around. They look especially beautiful when lit up at night, making for great photo opportunities. Parking is also a breeze. We drove here, and the hotel has a public underground parking lot, which is free to use and even has EV charging spots, making it very friendly for electric car owners – no need to hunt for chargers when you go out. Food is definitely not an issue – directly opposite is Yitian Holiday Plaza, just cross the street. We had a Shaanxi meal at Chang'an Grand Theater (Gaoxin Yitian store), complete with Gourd Chicken and Brush Pastry. For convenience, we also tried Wei Family Liangpi downstairs, which was filling for around 20+ RMB per person. If you want something nicer, there's Haidilao, Xu Ji Seafood, and Xiaoxiang Pavilion all in the mall, with so many options you'll be spoilt for choice. The hotel's own breakfast is also highly recommended; the Roujiamo (meat burger) is freshly made, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they also have oil-splashed noodles – eating them makes you sweat and feels incredibly refreshing. Indeed, the room is spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view. The most thoughtful part is the powerful air conditioning; we even had to use the duvet at night because it wasn't hot at all. The amenities smell great, and they provided plenty of bottled water, which was super practical in this heat. The bed was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too; I slept soundly until morning. I originally wanted to go for a swim to cool off but didn't get the chance; I'll definitely make up for it next time. The service was also impeccable; they quickly helped us call a taxi when we left. For this price, to stay in such quality, it's truly worth it. Highly recommended!

It's been a while since I last visited Xi'an, and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the high-speed train station but also conveniently located for sightseeing. I found the Novotel. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the facilities are new, and the room even has an air purifier. The staff were all very warm and polite. The mini-bar had soda water, and the breakfast especially deserves praise. On the first day, I got to try roujiamo, although I only managed to snag the last one, haha! On the second day, there was zenggao, which was absolutely amazing! They also had delicious saozi noodles. I will definitely stay here again next time!

I have to give this hotel a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel isn't particularly close to the main attractions, but there's a subway station right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. While the hotel facilities aren't brand new, they are exceptionally well-maintained and have a strong design aesthetic. I had some reservations before arriving due to a few online comments, but my actual experience was that the hotel service is excellent. When my wife wasn't feeling well, I called the front desk and they quickly brought up a kettle of hot water and some paper cups. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety that met the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber. As the hotel we stayed at for the last two days of our Xi'an trip, I give it a positive review!
