The room was exceptionally clean, the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail, and the hot springs were simply amazing! So relaxing and great for the skin after a soak. Hotel guests have exclusive access directly into the Huaqing Palace, making it such a pleasant experience to enjoy the scenic spots early in the morning when there are fewer crowds. Don't miss the evening live-action dance drama 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a full range of Shaanxi local delicacies alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. Dinner was also superb; the crispy yet tender gourd chicken (Hulu Ji) was a highlight, and the glutinous yellow rice cake was an absolute favorite. Since we were exhausted from our travels, we thoughtfully packed it to eat in the room. The room also came with complimentary little gifts and a soothing bedtime soup. Five-star recommendation, we will definitely be back!

This hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids; I highly recommend booking a room in the Imperial Tower! The Imperial Tower's elevator goes directly to the hot springs and swimming pool, so you don't have to walk far. It's super convenient for kids to enjoy the hot springs and swimming, saving you the hassle of walking back and forth, and it's very kid-friendly. The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden setting, which is quiet and comfortable, and the room hygiene is well-maintained. The location is excellent; it's right next to an outlet mall, so you can easily go shopping in your free time. Transportation is also convenient, making it perfect for a short trip from Xi'an. The buffet dinner tastes good and offers a wide variety, so both adults and children can find something they love. The only downside is that the menu updates are infrequent; if you stay multiple times, the dishes feel similar, lacking a sense of novelty. Overall, it's very suitable for short family getaways around Xi'an. With hot springs, swimming, and outlet shopping all in one place, it's an effortless way to entertain the kids.

As a hotel aficionado who rarely writes reviews, I am making an exception for W Xi'an today. Having travelled to Xi'an consistently for the past 10 years and watched it evolve, my former go-to hotels were the Westin, Ritz-Carlton, and Sofitel Legend. However, since last month, I’ve been completely captivated by W Xi'an. In this ultra-stylish hotel, sitting on the balcony while listening to the melodies playing through the Bowers & Wilkins sound system made me feel as though the entire world could slow down just a bit—exactly as I always hope for in my daily life. I initially worried that the signature W vibe—noisy and overly youthful—might cramp my poetic soul. But W Xi'an shattered my stereotypes; it is remarkably peaceful here. ”In a single day, I've seen all the flowers of Chang'an.” It felt as though staying right here in this temporary Xi'an home was more than enough, and that I truly could take in all the beauty of the city. Special thanks to Ms. Anne Yang. I have placed the commemorative card gifted by the W team right on my office desk. Because of her, it felt as though I were starring in my very own *Grand Budapest Hotel* experience in Xi'an. She is a Golden Key concierge in my book. This concludes my review.

I arrived late for check-in, and the front desk agent, Vivian, patiently explained the room types and even upgraded me to a better room. She was very warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick, not wasting my time. However, while I was resting at noon, Trip.com called me, claiming I hadn't paid, which was completely unreasonable! When I booked, I clearly saw it was an online payment, and I had already paid the room fee. They also told me they couldn't directly deduct the amount and insisted I contact the hotel to pay again. I tried to communicate with Trip.com, but they just kept apologizing with pointless excuses, telling me to contact the hotel. Trip.com is simply wasting people's time and resources, trying to make me pay 1800 twice for one room! I'm very grateful to Vivian for actively coordinating and processing the refund for the room fee I initially paid to Trip.com. I apologize for disturbing her rest!

After traveling for over 20 days and staying in various types of hotels, this Novotel stood out as offering excellent value for money. The breakfast had a wide variety of high-quality options, the soundproofing was good, it was clean, conveniently located, and parking was easy. Plus, there were many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

This hotel deserves a five-star rating! I checked in on October 1st to a business twin room, and here's why it's so great: 1. **Room**: While not brand new, it's not old either. It was very clean and tidy, and you can really tell the quality of the decor and facilities from this established five-star hotel. The business twin room had large, bright windows. 2. **Food & Drink**: The room came with four complimentary bottles of water, a fruit platter, and two yogurts. **Breakfast**: This was five-star hotel standard, with a variety of breads, tofu pudding, noodles, pork rib soup, and even poached fish and stir-fries – basically lunch-level fare! Highly recommended! Just about 200 meters to the right after exiting the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a popular BBQ joint and a hot pot place. They were packed with people eating outside, so they must be delicious. However, I had already eaten and didn't try them. 3. **Location**: It's less than a 5-minute walk from Datang Xishi Metro Station. The airport shuttle bus stop is across the street at the Civil Aviation Building. I left at 10 AM on October 2nd, and despite a bit of traffic on Fengcheng Road, I reached T5 Terminal in 50 minutes. 4. **Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. 5. **Price**: On the evening of October 1st, a business twin room was only 358 RMB, including two breakfasts. Keep in mind that on the same night, even budget hotels like Hanting (Rujia) were over 300 RMB. After 20 years of business and leisure travel, this is my first time writing a hotel review. In four words: conscientious and excellent value.

The hotel environment is fantastic. It's a real oasis in the city center with a beautiful garden where you can stroll around, and every corner offers a picturesque view. The room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always opening doors and assisting with luggage. Initially, I picked the Hilton next to Datang Everbright City on the platform, but I decided against it due to concerns about traffic and noise. Then I spent a long time debating between the W and The Ritz-Carlton. I didn't choose the W because I'm not a fan of the nightclub vibe, and I figured my kids wouldn't appreciate that style either, so I opted for The Ritz-Carlton. To be honest, I was quite apprehensive before checking in. After all, the hotel is a bit older, and I worried the interior decor might feel dated at night. But once I checked in, what can I say? My worries were unfounded. The hotel is grand, and the room was impeccably clean. The iconic little lion statues were right there in the room. Since I had kids with me, they even provided two sets of children's toiletries, which the little ones absolutely loved. The bar on the top floor of the hotel comes highly recommended; the night views are fantastic, and the ambiance is perfect. The breakfast was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly rich. Want Biangbiang noodles? They have them! Want Eggs Benedict? They have them! The coffee was also delicious, and the variety and taste of the dishes were both excellent. Finally, I must mention the front desk staff. They were exceptionally enthusiastic and went out of their way to accommodate guests' requests. Yes, even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari.

Honestly, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I had seen very negative reviews about it on Xiaohongshu, mainly saying it was too old, and Ctrip also listed it as a 2012 hotel. However, my actual stay found it quite new, and none of those mentioned flaws were present. I initially booked it just for its convenient location, expecting a 150-yuan experience for a 1500-yuan price. Yet, the overall actual feeling was comparable to the Seven Oceans Hotel in Xiamen. The room had a bidet, a large bed, welcome fruit, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. In short, all the negative reviews on Xiaohongshu were completely unfounded; it was far beyond what I expected. The only minor drawback was finding a hair on a bath towel when I opened it, but I won't dwell on that.
