HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. This was our first time visiting Xi'an with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back to stay here again. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a gift when we checked out.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

We booked a family-themed room for this stay, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Angsana's service made us feel truly warm and cared for. Our butler was responsive and attentive, very friendly towards children, and helped coordinate all our requests, big or small. They even proactively followed up on our stay experience. During the summer holiday, the hotel was bustling with children playing everywhere. The heated pool and dedicated kids' play area were fully equipped, offering plenty of activities for children. The location is convenient for getting around, and after a long day of fun, we could unwind in the natural hot springs – perfect for a family getaway. The staff were thoughtful and patient, making it an ideal choice for a family vacation.

I originally planned to stay for one night but ended up extending for another. This was my first time staying at a W Hotel, and it definitely lives up to its reputation as a top-tier brand. The room's balcony was a pleasant surprise; it was quite spacious, though I didn't get to use it much. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The entire door is recessed into the wall, making this hotel the best for soundproofing I've ever experienced. The gym and swimming pool are located on the B1 level. The gym is well-equipped. Next to the swimming pool, there's also a hot spa pool, perfect for soaking and relaxing your muscles after a workout. There's also an outdoor pool for children, which is a great addition. Breakfast was also quite good, featuring famous local Xi'an dishes like Youpo Mian (oil-splashed noodles) and other noodle options. The smoothies were particularly well-made.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

Highly recommend! It's been a long time since I've given a hotel such a positive review. First, let's talk about the location: Longshouyuan subway station is right downstairs, and it's just three stops to Gulou. Right around the corner when you exit the hotel, there's a food street with all kinds of eateries, including Sanbao BBQ and Lao Jiao Smoked Meat Pancakes. Wei Jia, a chain restaurant, is also across the street. As for Novotel's quality, it goes without saying—it's excellent. What's truly outstanding is the laundry room on the 26th floor. There's staff there who help with washing and drying, and even deliver your laundry right to your door. This really took a lot of stress off our shoulders, especially traveling with kids in this hot weather.

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

Ever since I was little, I'd gaze at the People's Grand Hotel from afar, always feeling like it was a mysterious place I longed to explore. Now, that wish has come true! For a few hundred dollars, I got to stay in this upscale hotel. It boasts a garden-style courtyard, bursting with vibrant flowers and alive with the sounds of birds and cicadas. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. Parking is super convenient, and they even have a thoughtful car wash station. The room itself is cozy yet grand, fully equipped with everything you need, and wonderfully quiet for sleeping. Inside the courtyard, there's an olive tree, originally brought back by Premier Zhou Enlai, now flourishing beautifully. There are so many great things here that words simply can't capture them all.

During my extended trip to Xi'an, I stayed at several hotels including Tsinghua Royal Hot Spring, W Hotel, and InterContinental, but the Ritz-Carlton was by far my favorite. From the doormen and front desk to the pool, guest rooms, and breakfast, the service was exceptional 👍. It felt like genuinely heartfelt care stemming from a strong training system and excellent management, not just a perfunctory show. A particularly memorable moment was when my child accidentally broke a candy jar lid; instead of immediately asking for compensation, the staff's first concern was whether my child was hurt or if it disturbed other guests. Breakfast was also fantastic 👍, with a rich selection, including high-quality options like smoked salmon and tropical fruits. Overall, I was extremely satisfied 👍!
