Their email said they’ll send a mobile key when they asked me to checkin online but I never got it. When I told the front desk, the lady receptionist sounded irritated & felt I didn’t know what a mobile key is.
When we finally got the mobile key, the room had a strong odor when we opened it & seemed like the last guest smoked **** a lot. They should have ventilated the room first & didn’t assign it at once to other guests. I didn’t inform the front desk anymore as the receptionist there was not friendly at all & did not have any customer service skills. Rather than make our vacation miserable, we just had to make do.
Before, they would offer grab & go breakfast for the guests, now they don’t have anything.
