Travelodge Weston-Super-Mare Reviews

We stayed overnight in Weston super Mare en route to Devon the next day. The location was ideal. The room was good and we enjoyed breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

It was perfect for us for a 3 night stay as we had business in the area. It was welcoming, helpful and next door was a nice restaurant bar. I would stay again. Very close to the helicopter museum.

Overall the environment was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. There were lots of parking spaces. The location was good. Thank you for the service.

Grubby.. The bathroom needs a very good clean there’s limescale all over the taps,the soap dispenser is broken and wouldn’t stay up so made it a little harder to sure…. Both pillows were grubby but the bed was comfy. The towels are so hard and don’t smell too good.

Staff were friendly Room was clean but was a family one with double and two singles so a bit cramped Breakfast was good BUT they need to sort their dishwasher as we had to work hard to find clean cutlery They have a bar with a good choice of drinks Don’t think they are up to the standard of the “Premier Inn” but overall it was cheaper and we weren’t there long.so it was not a disappointment Would use them again

Middle of the night woken by flashing green light in the room, had to get up to see what it was and turn light on this wine my sister ended up if a nights sleep for both of us. It was an energy efficiency monitor, we had never turned heating or sir con on so who knows why it went off. Soap dispenser in shower came off and had soap that was so full of water there was no lather so impossible to wash hair, nothing in the room to say hairdryers are at reception. Hallway lights did not work so had to walk length of corridor in the dark. Man on reception really not interested. Will never use again

This Travelodge is the worst one I’ve been to. The staff are poorly trained and could not care less about the guests and it’s not even peak season. The bathroom fan hummed all night even with the light off, no bath mat or hairdryer; at breakfast there were no fried eggs or poached eggs, ( we don’t do them) but a huge vat of rubber scrambled eggs, no mushrooms left. “ till the delivery comes” folded bacon that wasn’t properly cooked and cold cooked tomatoes. This was not late in the day but 08.30. The front reception was constantly unmanned with a ‘ Back soon’ notice. The bed was fine and the water was hot. Not somewhere I’d go again.

I would have given this a 4 as the staff were very friendly and very helpful however the restaurant area was not the best kept area especially the cutlery stored in dirty containers with napkins and clearly not checked and certainly not wiped after leaving the dishwasher!

My wife and I have stayed in many Travelodge premises around the country. This was our first visit to the Weston-super-Mare Travelodge. From the time we booked in to Breakfast we found the staff far friendlier than our usual stop over Travelodge.

Apart from loud squeaks from air conditioning and a dangerous portable heater in family room and staff shortages effecting what was booked we had a nice stay

We decided to stay in Weston rather than Bristol for a weekend theatre break Travelodge was an excellent choice as usual comfortable, good breakfast and value for money. Really great staff and service.

The guy behind the reception wasent there when us and another couple came! Our key card didn’t work either and he seemed bit annoyed ! Was good part from that. Bathroom door is right in way of toilet keeps hitting ur legs when u go to toilet !!!!!!

Nice clean new venue. Would visit again. Late check in was no issue. Good breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Welcoming.

This is far from the town centre & few local facilities. Room 101 is above the entrance door, sounds like the mechanism is in the room. I had a terrible night's sleep & when I asked to move the hotel was 'full' with rooms still avail on the website
