Clean and friendly service.

I lost a towel from this hotel that meant a lot to me, given to me by my grandmother when I was a child. Due to my negligence, I left it on the bed when I checked out. Although we told the management on the afternoon of the day we checked out, they agreed to look for us. But I don't think they got a response from the cleaning company. All in all, I felt very frustrated after waiting for half a month. This is the great regret of our trip. Guests are also reminded to bring their belongings when checking out. Finally, I would like to say that the refrigerator of this room type operates loudly, which will disturb the rest at night.

Excellent service and the host is very warm and kind The transportation nearby is quite convenient. There is a bus stop not far away and it is also very close to the supermarket. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city by bus. Although the room is not too new overall, it is very clean and suitable for a short stay.

Small little things like dirty plates, rips in curtains, broken remote holders just made it appear a little bit neglected

The perfect place whilst my friend was an in-pt at the PA hospital. Come out of the hospital after 8pm pick up some dinner at one of the many food venues Being a single woman felt very safe with the short walk home. By the way the bed was very comfy and I had beautiful yiews of Brisbne city

The room is spacious and clean, the service staff is very nice

The staff was rude and not helpful at all! The person was very NEGATIVE. I had never encountered anything like this in any of my bookings before. I highly would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t waste your time.

Clean, simple accommodation, close to a small shopping centre. Although the room had air conditioning in the living area, the cooler air didn't really reach the bedroom, so it was a bit hot - even with the fan on. Although undercover parking was advertised, in reality it was rarely available as the car park seemed to be already full most of the time we were there, so we parked on the street or in the shopping centre car park.

Clear instructions for late check in was the best thing I liked. Requests for the repair of not functioning bed side table lamp and exhaust fan in the toilet was not addressed at all.
