The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

I booked this hotel in Wuhan during the Chinese New Year. The hotel rooms are characterized by a high floor with wide views and average room hygiene. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor and shares the lobby with another hotel. There is a parking lot downstairs for parking. You need to inform the hotel in advance when entering or exiting. It's free at the front desk (you have to tell the front desk every time you go out. When you first checked in, I didn't know that the hotel front desk didn't remind you about the 8 yuan parking fee. I didn't know until I asked the hotel front desk later). The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good. I can't rest at night. I heard the noise of other residents outside and other noises. The curtains, TV, lights and other facilities in the room can be controlled with Xiaodu smart. The hotel breakfast is okay, not too much but not too many varieties. The coffee is freshly ground and not bad. Overall, it's pretty good.

The front desk was very welcoming. They poured me sour plum soup when I checked in. They also gave me a room upgrade for free. They also had Wuhan-style hot dry noodles for breakfast. I have stayed here several times. The floor is very high and relatively quiet. There is a shower room in the room. It's also very useful. It's only fifteen minutes by taxi from Yellow Crane Tower. Ice water was given when checking out. There is also a laundry room and gym on the third floor. I will stay here again next time.

Miss Xiyi's service attitude was very good. At first, the child accidentally lost the room card. Did the front desk blame us? They checked us out directly and said they would look for it later. But later they found it in the child's pocket. I Sent it back to them. The hotel overall feels clean, tidy, and hygienic. As soon as you enter, you feel very comfortable. I am usually a very hygienic person, but when I stayed in this hotel, I didn't even disinfect myself again. I just washed and rested and went to bed.
